Lobby is always closed, they are always out of something on the menu. Mobile ordering is not very good service, can't even go in and pick food up half the time. Whomever is in charge of running this restaurant is very bad at their job. Horribly managed as far as inventory and dine-in services. Definitely need something done to make this restaurant more operational and stocked with proper inventory.
Have to beg for crackers for chili and a lot of the time they only have club crackers, not for chili in my opinion. No sour cream for potato and potato was old and not good. It wasn't late at night either.
We order for a larger group. But it was pretty simple because nearly all the sandwiches were identical and did not ask for anything added or taken away from each. 22 sandwiches in all. Get home, only 3 were correct. Mind you, these were sandwiches on your menu with no special requests. Go back immediately and show the manager what we got and the receipt to show it was not what we ordered. She said she would take care of them. Asked her to please not remake the ones that were correct....
