Ordered a grilled chicken combo they didn't have it. Went for a fried chicken sandwich combo the way it come.with extra lettuce pickle and onion. The sandwich only had what appeared to be extra pickle and oinion...no extra lettuce and no tomatoes which it comes with. My burger was asked to be a number 1 Dave's classic with extra lettuce pickle and onion...the sandwich I received had bacon on it no extra lettuce pickle or onion no tomatoes.... had two chili's and asked for onion and chesse and hardly no onions or cheese in the chili's. disappointed I didn't call back as I didn't feel like arguing or having to bring food back...I just won't come back.

This location honestly just needs to be shut down. It’s either the lobby isn’t open or today they were open but couldn’t make anything. Then why is there 5 employees still there just close then!! It was 4pm

I haven't been this disappointed in fast food in quite awhile. Fries and burgers were luke warm. Plus, we received our gift card back with $2.26 left on it over the change we expected to receive. I guess they think this is a way to get us to return..... probably not happening.

The 4 for 4 meal is the best fast food bargain in the area. The last time I went they messed my order up but it was a bigger order. Usually they're very accurate and always delicious.

I sat in drive through for 10 minutes before I drove around to the window and was told sorry it's shift change. Then when I got my mozzarella double burger it was so cooled down the cheese was hard. I love those burgers and this makes me not want to go back.

When I was a child growing up in a middle class family of five in the 80s my dad would take us out to eat every Friday, it was expensive then, but it was always something to look forward too and we were excited about it. I still look forward to eating out today it just doesn't happen every Friday due to the billionair prices for fast food, which I'm sure everyone understands. I went to this location last week and got 3 sandwiches 2 fries, 2 small drinks, and a small chili for a little over $30.00. Two of the sandwiches I asked for specific ways for them to be made. As a consumer I expect what I order to be made the way I want for the price that has to be paid. The sandwiches had all the stuff on them that was not wanted and I guess when you order a baconnator sandwich you only get one piece of bacon now. Finally the chili was full of nothing but beans, and now I know the meat they put in the chili is cut up hamburger meat, because I could of made a hamburger out of the cut up square burger they put in it. I didn't call, why? Well that just would have meant that my hungry family would have had to wait longer so I could waste my gas to go back across town so they could fix what they messed up. If you work at this location take pride in your work. I'm sure you would want the same if it were you. I wonder what Dave would say?

Went today. Waited in the drive thru for almost 10 minutes. Nobody took our order. Went inside to order. Out of potatoes. Got told it was a 20 minute wait for a potato. Waited over 25 minutes for a burger, chicken sandwich, and French fries. Left went to Dunkin down the street. Came back and tried to order a potato. It had been well over 20 minutes. We’re out of potatoes right now. He’s getting ready to put them in the oven in a minute. Pitiful service. Employees are rude.

Food was wonderful as always. I feel bad though because most locations only ha e one working. This poor gentleman was doing everything and thats completely unfair. ESPECIALLY on a busy day like sunday with church crowds. He was very polite and did his job extreamly

There is never anyone eating there or in the drive thru. I always have to wait 3-5 minutes for them to take my order and another 10 minutes to get my order. It's the slowest fast food restaurant that I've been to.

This place sucks. Sloppy, cold food. Drink 3/4 full. Rude, insulting employees in drive thru. Worst Wendy's in the tri-state.

The salad are very fresh and tasty ( really like their house salad dressing). The serving sizes are pretty large so I usually have leftovers for a second meal. I met the owner (Carlos) and he is sweet, passionate, ans friendly.
