When I want you were out of everything both Wendy's but the employees had enough time to go outside and smoke and do everything else that they wanted both sides of the other drug tests and how often and how often do you do uniform checks hair checks nail checks I'm wondering because if they're not getting paid enough I don't have any room to complain about but if they're getting paid why don't you have food why are you always out of food why is the chili always watery and gross-looking now that's why I go to Wendy's is to get the chili and I go a lot with a lot of people I just appreciate it if I knew the right time to come to get the what I needed but I do appreciate all the hard work y'all do but I already know what the problem is and why can't we come in there and eat why is it always shut down and why can't the tables be wiped when you're done eating and the floors swept and everything cleaned up so you can sit down to eat in a clean environment this is no mean the staff's fault this is management an upper higher management shame on you for letting your restaurant go downhill and think I'm going to put the blame on the employees this goes on the district manager and the managers and the owners responsibility that's the problem pay your people more to care more

Drive thru was slow. Young man that took order and payment was nice and efficient. Second window not so much. The lady had my drink and bag of food just sitting there while she made 3-4 other drinks. She kept looking at order screen. Apparently she was not a multi talker for a drive thru position. Waited until she was finished then gave me my food. My drink was wrong but did not realize until I got back to work. She gave me a cheery coke instead of regular 🤢. Did not have time to go back.

waited 45 minutes in the drive thru because the lobby was closed. nobody was rushing to try to get the line down.

Horrible experience. The girls headset was on and she was complaining over the headset that they had a customer in the drive thru and they didn't have any food ready. I was trying to give her my order and kept getting interrupted by her and asked to repeat my order bc she kept complaining that there was no food to the cook. Mind you I was the only customer they had the entire time I was there. Once I got to the window she didn't pretend to be nice she let me know how annoyed she was and I waited awhile for my food to be made which I don't mind at all but my fries was extremely cold and old so they didn't even make fresh ones while they made the other food.

I ordered a chocolate frosty. I’m not sure what flavor this is but it’s not chocolate. The cashier said it was chocolate and laughed.

I remember when this Wendy’s originally opened WAY BACK! It was delicious back then because Wendy’s used a different kind of beef. It tasted much better than the beef they’re using today. 😑

The burgers taste ok, but they are nowhere close to being the JUICY, FLAVOR PACKED burger they ORIGINALLY WERE! 😡 That’s SAD!😢

Wendy’s used to be our favorite burger joint in town, but now…. not so much. 🫤

This is the slowest drive thru in Evansville. If you work 3rd shift please dont waste your time coming here. The always are out of everything by 10p and it takes 15min in the drive thru. Food is cold and its rude teenagers running the store

I go to this location for lunch often.. today I experience a very RUDE lady by the name of Tiffany. She charged me for things I did not want & refused me a refund when I became frustrated she threatened me w cops instead of fixing her own mistakes. I also order a grape sprite and was given the wrong drink as well. She proceeded to blame me for the wrong order when she had 2 things on my order completely WRONG!!! I call the store to speak w a general manager & she proceeded to hang up in my face. I went back to the location & she proceeded to have a nasty attitude. The food was cold & disgusting & im highly disappointed w the service I was provided

I stopped at the Wendy's on Lincoln before work lastnight and the young man named DJ at the window had great customer service. I will say I was disappointed that the chicken nuggets I got were old & cold after waiting in line for 10 minutes.

It seems people are always quicker to leave bad review at restaurant than a good 1. But I want to give a shout out to the guy working the window. I think his name was Matthew. He had such a positive attitude and was very efficient at his job. Food was also great!!
