This is one of the worst restaurants I’ve ever been to. Slow service. Half-ass staff. Forgets parts of your order every. Single. Time. Don’t bother coming here if you actually want the food you ordered. Take the extra minutes out of your schedule to go to another location.

I went through the drive..I ask if they still had 99 cent burgers ..She said no.. I said I'll take 2 burgers..I asked if they still had chili on dollar menu.. She said no .. I said I take 2 chili's..She put ch fries in my bag and 2 chili's .. charges me for 2cheeseburgers and chili.. I call back she said it's what I ordered.. I asked if items were on the dollar menu she she responded no to both chili and to ch burgers.so she did hear me..Rude and attitude.. I walked back in she wouldn't talk to me another lady did ..But she was the manager...

The ceiling in the restaurant has black mold growing all over it and the vents. Not good for health of workers and customers.

Try to smile some times. District Manager if you are reading this tell them the food is great but their attitude is lacking energy Love y'all tho ❤
Food was fire…per usual….the manager takes pride in his job. As he should, but instead of pulling his employee to the side after the issue got resolved he yelled at the employee while there were 2 people in line waiting to order and a father and his younger daughter in the dining room waiting to get there food. He didn’t use any profanity but still caused a slightly hostile environment. Again, he’s good at his job but obviously still new and learning his job as well. He was polite to me while taking my order and serving me my food though.

The sauced suggest we're great. Service was good, staff was friendly regardless of the rush. Atmosphere is only 2 stars due to something being broken in the lobby. This isn't really anyone's fault, understanding that I wasn't bothered by it.
Kid-friendliness: They are always kind and friendly when I go here.
Edit (2024): This place has changed management at some point in the last few years, and the new manager is awesome enough that he alone merits five stars. I eat here at least once a week, and he is always working incredibly hard and is super-friendly.
There will occasionally be days where they're experiencing staffing issues, but that's pretty much across the board for corporate fast food now.
