Love the food. Seems if you order on the app, you have a better chance of getting your order right. Wish they would wipe off the cups before they hand them to you.

I ordered on my mobile app to get my free chili from my rewards and another chili for my coworker along w/ a sandwich, got there, had 3 cars in front of me, and once I got to the window I was told they were out of chili. Said I would get refunded the next day, here it is 3 days later and still no refund and my rewards are gone. Called back today and she said to come in and they will fix it. Ok how hard is it to be refunded? I know it's not her fault, the manager whoever that is told her what to do. But I've never had issues before now.

Ordered by App tonight, waited 35 minutes for my food🤬....buns were stale, burgers cold, etc. I can't blame the workers, they're chronically super under-staffed. I won't spend anymore of my 💰 at this location.

They forgot they started a sale that day and couldn't refund my money on a debit card. Other than that the good was great and the service was outstanding!! She offered to give us a free breakfast the next day but we declined. It's not her fault the system isn't set up that way. Thank You for a job well done to everyone!

Stood in line for 15 minutes no one even acknowledge me the entire time, the manager walked past me three different times to take a to go order outside and didn’t even acknowledge and say we’ll be with you as quickly as we can. I understand they were very busy and obviously understaffed, but they could not be more rude if they tried. If you can’t handle the business shut down the dining room….
