I like Wendy's, but this place needs help. Food was cold, after waiting 30 minutes. Frosty machine not working properly. There was plenty of workers but no one knew what was going on and nobody was taking control of the situation.

Went to Wendy’s for lunch - I wanted some Chili and a spicy chicken sandwich - I was told the chili was not ready - that’s what I came here for because it is cold outside - no chili what’s this world coming to - Wendy’s Burkhardt Rd - Evansville,

Food quality has gone down over the past few months. Last week, I got bacon egg and cheese biscuits, and the biscuits were barely larger than a silver dollar! Barely any bacon on it and not sure what the egg part really was. Bad thing is prices went up and quality/size went down. I hope things change soon...
