I placed an order just a few moments ago and accidentally ordered wrong size drinks. I also needed to go through the receipt to ensure pricing was correct since this was a meal billed to my job while traveling. Every worker was patient with me (even though it was probably annoying and slowing them up). . I haven’t ordered fast food in some time and this Wendy’s has very kind, patient and efficient employees! Thank you for being patient with me and helping with the going over the receipt and my order!-specifically the woman in the purple adidas sweatshirt! She was very patient and incredibly nice!

Gave an order for hamburger with mustard, pickles, and ketchup. Got cheese on it. Took it back reordered hamburger with mustard, ketchup and pickles. Got hamburger with lettuce, tomato and mayo. I asked for mustard and ketchup, wiped everything off and fixed it myself. I think some of the employees do not listen!!! Will not be back.

This is a great new Wendy's location. The young staff in here work really hard and are very friendly. You can get all of your favorites or try something new on their menu. Today it was the spicey chicken and chili but next time I might dial it up a notch. This restaurant is kept very clean and you will be comfortable dining inside. It is easy to find using Google Maps.

The restaurant was very clean and the atmosphere is pleasant: right temp, good music volume, and beautiful view, surprisingly considering the highway, thanks to the beautiful flowing bushes. The manager was excellent, funny and personable. The food was very fresh, the spicy chicken was the *best I have had since the pandemic, moist and juicy down to the last bite. Everything was cooked perfectly.

It’s always a toss up on whether this order they are gonna mess up or not. If it happened once in a while, I wouldn’t complain. I’ve also witnessed the sandwich person touching raw meat and chicken then go back to making sandwiches without changing gloves. This is basic food handling safety standards and they can’t follow that. It’s a shame such a nice new building is just gonna get ruined by their terrible practices.

This location is terrible says they open at 6:30 but I come by at 6:50 and they aren’t open u can see people inside but they won’t take your order this has happened multiple times I won’t be stopping at this location again

Ordered a baconator combo #2; large sized with drink and fries. Went to eat burger and only had one patty, and 2 small slivers of bacon. Trued calling the restaurant to talk to the manager but just git voicemail. That was pathetic to pay $12 for that; very disappointed. Maybe local management and owners should respond to these negative reviews.

7-2-24- Food was decent. However the middle aged blonde lady working the drive through window around 3:30 pm needs more training/ motivation… she Never smiles or says hello… instead just holds her hand out and says my total like I just ruined her whole day. (Makes me feel guilty the past 3 or 4 times she has taken my order). And oddly enough, somebody else has commented on the same lady at the same location for the same reason… small world!!
I understand working a minimum wage job is tough in this economy but we all have choices. If you don’t want to work in customer service then you don’t have to.

I am baffled by how this store manages to consistently mess up the simplest orders. Just wow. Ordered 2 sausage biscuits and a sausage egg and cheese biscuit. I got everything except the biscuit. They put all of the insides of a biscuit into a box and left out the entire biscuit. How does this happen lol
