I came inside to place an order for takeout. I ordered a bowl of chili and a single hamburger with NO CHEESE! I specifically told the guy taking my order to make sure there was no cheese due to a dairy allergy. Waited almost 15 minutes to get my food and once I got to my car I checked the burger and sure enough there was cheese on it!! When I took it back inside they didn't apologize or offer to give me my money back or anything! Will NOT BE BACK!

I went to Wendy's on 9/9/25 to get lunch for my husband and I. When I went to open my burger it was greasy or what I thought was grease. Then I bit into the burger and it was red inside. So my husband had to give up his burger and his burger tasted like its been sitting for a while before it got handed out .

I got here for lunch while at work quite frequently. Service is normally pretty good and fast. Food is always good. I dont really have any complaints I could say about this Wendy's. Definitely a good spot to pop in and grab a bite if you're in the area.

Store consistently closes early. Even when they aren't closed early, they close their drive thru.

New, modern Wendy’s. Too bad the employees are barely phoning it in.

Stopped by around 3:40 PM on June 30th, hoping for a quick bite. Instead, I found myself starring in a tragic comedy called “Lost Order: The Nugget Chronicles.”

Waited 30 minutes for three orders of nuggets that never came. The manager — when not on a lengthy break chatting up a friend or possible Tinder date — seemed blissfully unaware of the trainwreck unfolding in her kitchen.

The crew? Think “group project where no one does the work” vibes. Collectively confused, disinterested, and barely making eye contact with reality.

When I politely asked for a refund, I was met with the kind of energy you’d expect if I’d kicked their dog — passive-aggressive blame-shifting from a teenager who looked like they pre-gamed their shift with Monster and melatonin.

The dining area was gross, the service was embarrassing, and the overall vibe was less “fast food” and more “social experiment gone wrong.”

I’ve worked in customer service — this isn’t about being snobby. It’s about expecting basic competence when I exchange money for food.

Unless you’ve got nothing but time, no appetite, and a deep desire to witness the slow decline of Western civilization, skip this place

This place is the worst! We ordered 2 baconator combos and they didnt even give us 1 baconator. We literally got a kids cheeseburger and a kids chicken sandwich. They need an actual manager in there who can run the place and not some kid! Pitiful!
