Stood at the counter waiting to be seated for 5 minutes, not an employee anywhere in site. Just left. This seems to be a problem at every location.

Lu was amazing and checked on us so many times that we never had the chance to run out of anything. Restaurant was very clean, everyone was friendly, our food was really quick. This location is way better than the Newburgh location that we usually visit. We will definitely drive the little bit out of our way to visit this location again.

It's just not very good. They need competitive prices and a better quality of food. Legit the only chicken place where I've been served hot wings that still had feathers on the cooked and poorly sauced wings. This happened twice and we didn't even get a discount on our dine-in orders. This is also the only restaurant I've ever been to where our waitress loudly crop dusted us as she came to drop off appetizers and begin taking our order. She didn't even apologize or excuse herself. She just laughed as we ordered our food, appetites since abandoned, in a fog bank of some lady's farts.

My son wanted to have his 16th birthday dinner here, so we had a larger party than normal with family and a couple of his friends. Our server was amazing. She was very kind and prompt. Our drinks were always full and she got everyone's order 100% correct, down to the dipping sauces. We ordered a large variety of food and everyone seemed to enjoy what they chose. Our server even split the ticket for us when requested. We were seated in the side room which was great because it cut down on the noise, as several of our party members are hard of hearing. All in all, it was really a great visit.

Waited 10 minutes and no one showed up to get anything for our table. Walked out and went to wayback burger instead.
Cook time significantly longer then anticipated or compared to other parties seated after us. Server last track of time in her duties behind scenes. Tonight's dine in experience make me want to do carryout orders. Not how I want to spend two hours on a school night with kids.
better communication from the manager and the GM the Evansville store and Newburgh is horrible

I've been going here for years now and I gotta say it's gone downhill alot. I order some ultimate nachos every now and then they used to be awesome. Now it's just lettuce and chips and 3 dollars more. Pretty sad
