It's just not very good. They need competitive prices and a better quality of food. Legit the only chicken place where I've been served hot wings that still had feathers on the cooked and poorly sauced wings. This happened twice and we didn't even get a discount on our dine-in orders. This is also the only restaurant I've ever been to where our waitress loudly crop dusted us as she came to drop off appetizers and begin taking our order. She didn't even...

Always a great experience. Food is phenomenal and staff is very attentive at all their locations.

Kid-friendliness: It's got a bar vibe, but only half the restaurant is a bar. They have high and low tops in the restaurant. Lots of kid friendly options.

Wheelchair accessibility: Double doors at the entrance and a ramp that lead almost directly to the doors.

Fast and friendly service. Establishment is always clean and food is hot and fresh. Kudos to the manager Matt and his team for always going above and beyond to provide excellent service.
