Placed a large order at Deaconess…. NOTHING WAS LABELED!! Drinks, wings nothing! When I tried to call to ask questions about the wings so we could try to differentiate them no one would answer the phone! will not be placing an order to them again.

I Ordered delivery over three weeks ago. Order took over an hour to get to me and when it did, food was cold and inedible. I drove the food back to the restaurant and asked for refund. I was first told no since it was a delivery issue, but when I told them that I ordered through their app, it’s not my fault that the delivery was messed up, I didn’t choose the third party to deliver. I was then told I would get a refund within five days, never happened. Went back into the store again, was told the same thing, this time two days. I Still haven’t been refunded. I Still haven’t talked to a manager after asking twice. And you can’t call them because they don’t have a working phone. I even emailed their corporate office, and never heard back from them. To be told twice they would fix the issue and still haven’t done so is a terrible way to conduct business. Good luck to future customers.

My sauced wings were not tossed. I watched them dump sauce on them and serve them to me. I opened the box and saw sauce drenched on top and they were not warm or close to room temperature.

Their lemon pepper bone in wings are to die for. We've been like 3 times lately. Fries are ok, but their wings are good. Prices are a bit high, but everything is high right now. Staff seems nice. My biggest pet peeve is that tables always seem dirty when we go in and there are no trash cans anywhere. But otherwise, love the food.

Absolutely terrible experience today! I placed a big order for my associates at work. An online order. It wouldn’t let me update a pick up time. So I call the store over 20 plus times on my 5 min drive over since no one is answering the phone to tell them I need my order for tonight since I have 3rd shift workers. The guy who claims he was the manager says no refund food is ready you must take it I will not remake it. Mind you the food wasn’t even hot hot and since when does wing stop ever have your order ready in 15 mins??? Especially something that big!!

Worst Wingstop Ever! Go to McDonald's and get chicken nuggets, it will taste better and be cheaper.

The restaurant was filthy. The floors were sticky, the drink station was dusty and unclean. The soda machine didn't have any ice in it either. The wings were smaller than normal wingstop boneless wings. The wings were probably smaller than McDonald's chicken nuggets. The fries tasted like dirt. Everything was disgusting. I will not be back here ever again.

I went for lunch yesterday. Usually they take more time to prepare so I ordered online as takeout so that it will be ready when I get there and I can dine in. 1. Ordered buffalo ranch fries. They packed fries without ranch. If I didn’t open it there for dining in then no opportunity to ask them. 2. There was not even one trash bin on the entire shop. We have to give trash to the employee’s hands ? 3. Men’s restroom was out of order. Anyone eating wings would like to wash their hand. There is no option for that.
Poor customer service. If you don’t like to run business just close it and give franchise to someone else. Don’t spoil WingsStop brand. I love the brand and taste for a very long time. Evansville branch is worst.

My fries were so horrible I almost drove 40 min just to return then. Burnt, over cooked, all brown. Glad I paid so much money for a large fry. I'll never return.
