I placed an order feb1 for the Super Bowl on Feb 8 2026. Paid for it online a 137 dollar plus order of mixed wings seasoned fries and veggies to be picked up at 4:30. They said they didn’t have the order when I had my confirmation email and order number and they took my money. I got no food no refund, no nothing because evidently there was no manager no one that could speak English but a teenage kid that did not know what to do. No one answers the phone, you can’t leave a message and all my guest had no food to eat. Would not recommend this place at all. Will never go back here neither will my friends and family. Went in today Feb 9, 2026 and was told they don’t do refunds in the store. It will be 3 to 5 days before I get my refund all they can do is apologize and refund they can’t tell me what happened. I said I will not come back here again and neither will the people at my house last night. The woman said well there is enough other people that will. Talk about customer service!! What a smarta$$ she was. If that’s the kind of service your customers get I hope you don’t stay in business long!!!

I ordered doordash and orders mild sauce well done with ranch. They wasn't well done there was hardly any sauce and I tried to call and no one answered. Oh did I mention I've never ordered here so you already know im not going back. Who serves wings with no sauce or flavor at all thank goodness for the ranch I ordered and had to pay for or I would have probably threw them in the trash.

Just recently discovered this place and I was thoroughly impressed. I love wings, but never knew they came in so many different flavors. I have a new personal favorite, lemon pepper bone-in wings. If you haven’t tried them, you’re missing out.

We had 20 young people come in after a late church service (11:30pm) and found that the system was down and that we would have to do an online order. Nick (the manager) got the system back up and running, let us eat in the dining area even though he had just cleaned up, got all of our orders right, and had a great attitude!
Nick is the MAN! Food was great, atmosphere was great, service was great!

Ordered via DoorDash and what was delivered only fries and ranch, no chicken. Reordered and had the same thing happen. The ticket showed that the chicken I ordered didn’t even register. I’ve tried calling the store 11 times to see if it was an issue on their end or on DoorDash’s end except no one will pick up and you cannot leave a message. I was able to get a refund through DoorDash, but it’s disheartening to know if I have an issue with the store directly my only option will be to go in person.
