One star for multiple reasons. We had the all-you-can-eat Hotpot. The service was terrible. Our drinks were always empty. Every time we would ask for more sides or refills, the servers would visibly show disgust. We had to remind the servers multiple times about food items we requested (when the employees weren’t hiding in the back). “All-you-can-eat” is a joke. The sauce bar was empty of multiple items. These items were never refilled even after we asked. Overall, especially for the price, we had an awful experience Will not EVER return. Easily the worst experience our party has ever had. STAY AWAY.

First time ordering takeout from here in quite some time, I remember it being good. I decided to go here because I like the Udon noodles. I ordered sweet and sour chicken with steamed rice, beef udon, and crab rangoon. For $14 all you get is chicken and a small thing of sweet and sour no vegetables and the rice was missing. The beef udon was okay, tasted slimy, smaller portion than what it used to be beef was meh and the mushrooms were awful, and the crab rangoon was just sad. $36.88 for this, I will not be going back to say the least.

Food was great. Service was authentic Chinese, absent. Don't be afraid to go get someone, they don't care.

Tried it for the first time, and it was great. You are your own cook with a great selection of veggies, meats, seafood, and broths. I loved it!

Yang's is a very good hot pot, and a place we often visit from Louisville. The hard part is choosing from a huge selection of options!
Vegetarian options: There is a large selection of non-meat options that would make a fine hot pot.

The all-u-can-eat hot pot is a good deal for $24.99. A soda or hot tea will run you $3. The make your sauce bar is really nice with lots of choices. Service is practically non-existent. Very very slow. And unfortunately, not friendly service either. Employees always act disinterested & unhappy to be there.

Very unique dining experience. The lo-main is some of the best I’ve ever had. Can’t wait to go back and try the other flavor soups.
