It was Zesto's. Lol. Its a little burger joint with a big menu. Greasy burgers, fries, milkshakes, soft serve ice-cream and more. It's usually takeout. However, there are picnic tables under canopy outside as well as limited counter seating inside.
The quality of the food is highly dependent on what you get. The burgers and malts are amazing, and chicken and dumplings are good as well, and the fries are always fresh.
However the philly cheesesteak was a ripoff because it's tiny, and the hot dog is not all beef and was still cold on the inside.
What is do appreciate about this location is thst they have an indoor seating area.

It was a small strawberry sundae which was the wrong size, and a cotton candy kote Sunday that had way too many cotton candy sprinkles in it .
Nonetheless it was good , very tasty just the wrong size and too much candy .
Service with friendly and responsive in a timely manner .
