Add the broccoli and cheddar soup it tasted like a powder taste texture was in the soup. Also the Turkey be alte club was just bland with chips and a drink it was $14 this is no comparison the Panera Bread I can get up to sandwich in better tasting meal for less

The food is good. But the employees didn't look they wanted to do anything. Usually I get asked if I wanted to taste some soup. But the girl just stood there and didn't acknowledge me until I said something. They were hiding in the back most of the time.

I tried out this place for the first time the other day and I was pleasantly surprised with how good it was! It is a little pricey but the portions are big! I got the 3 cheese pesto tomato sandwich and the 10 vegetable soup. Can you say YUM? I could eat the veggie soup every day. It is so delicious!

Usually, I love coming here. There food is amazing and the service is usually nice. I went in there today, however, at seven thirty and no one came to help us. We waited about five minutes and we could see people in the back but no one took our order or even greeted us. We left and realized there was even a beeper on the door to notify the staff of an incoming customer. Needless to say, I don't think we'll be back for awhile.

Worst place ever! They water down all the soups right in front of you! They have 15 year olds with no work permits running the east side location. The general manager Amanda Barnes threatens customers and employees. The food is not very good. The customer service is terrible. I even heard from a friend that the owner doesn't pay her employees! Will never come back to this place again!

There are so many varieties of tasty soups its hard to make a choice. The chicken pot pie soup was flavorful with very little salt. I try to taste a different soup at every visit.

Horrible service Bland disgusting food. I was there during lunch time the other day and the place was empty except for two other people which should have been our first clue to leave. My wife, son and I stopped in and ordered our food from a teenager that never should have been left in charge of someone's business, if theyl cared in any way about their business. The young lady that took our order and prepared our Food could not have cared less about doing her job or ensuring any level of customer satisfaction. The restaurant was out of bread bowls which may not be a big deal but then when that's one of the main things that you market and sell it is a big deal. The prices on the menu were misleading and outrageously high. And worst of all the sandwiches were served cold and the soup was disgusting. I tried for the sake of my wife and my son to sit down and eat in case they wanted to but no one beyond the first or second bite was touching their food. Eventually I returned the food to the counter and asked for refund to be told that she didn't know how to give refunds. We waited for a manager to show up at which point we were offered a refund without an apology or any questions. Apparently this happens a lot. While watching us return our food the two other gentlemen in the restaurant looked up and said is your food cold, to which I replied yes he said is your food good, to which I replied no, to which they said yeah we're kind of having the same experience this is disgusting Thisce will not be here 6 months from if it lasts that long. In my opinion it is that bad.
I looove Zoup and have been a consumer, but this location is an absolute embarrassment. From the Dollar store napkins to the cheap coffee maker this location has made me just take advantage of the recipes on my Pinterest page. The salads are messy and may not include of the ingredients and don't think you're getting any French bread. They ran out at noon. If you have low expectations, this location is perfect for you👎

Quality has gone down considerably. We're here at noon on a Sunday, they are "out" of bread bowls, French bread, butter, margarine, and are giving out half a ciabatta sandwich bread as the "French bread" side for the soup. "Hot sandwiches" served warm with cold centers and the cheese not even melted. I have a hard time believing they are out of all this stuff, I think it's just the 2 employees being lazy and not wanting to do anything. Oh, their coffee machine is a12 pot cheapo unit from Wal-Mart you'd pay $15 for. Mark this one off the list.

F this place. Owners obviously doesn't give a crap. Rather lose business than keep it. Employees are rude at both stores. East side was dirty, like no one cleans it at night. Need to turn this place around before the get shut down but the only way that'll happen is if new owners take over. Ponni and Subbu cannot run this business. Screw them and this business. They have screw over 10 employees so far and it's ridiculous but they lie their way out of it, so corporate won't do anything. But when they get shut down it's on them.
