My wife and I have eaten her several times. Ambience is wonderful, service great, food excellent. You will not be disappointed.
Always such a pleasant experience. We always sit at the bar.The bartender always takes such great care of us.We were celebrating our anniversary, and we had an amazing time
I ordered the chicken marsala and my wife got the beef tips. My first chicken came out raw in the middle. Waited 20 minutes for the remake and then it was cut several times I would guess to check and see if this one was done and it was tough and chewy and the outside was burnt. My wife's beef tips were listed as being medium done. They were well done and tasted like they were a pre cooked beef tips warmed up. The mashed potatoes were very good though. Would not recommend going for the prices they charge
Wonderful fare! The Wedge salad and Hoosier Hot Plate were OUTSTANDING!

Menu was limited, not what we were expecting based on recommendations. Food was mediocre, not bad but definitely not great considering the price point. The waitresss was friendly and helpful, service was prompt.
Hidden gem in the hometown of James Dean. First time coming, I will be back. Well worth the trip!

Meal was delicious. I had the special of the evening, a pork schnitzel with smashed potatoes. I started with a salad that was, frankly, a little disappointing. About half the size of similarly-priced salads at most any other similar restaurant.

Went for a date night and try some place new to us. I ordered the hot plate which was a fried chop with mashed potatoes and creamed corn. The chop was very greasy. They did not allow substitutions on this meal. Which didn’t make sense. Not everybody wants corn poured over there meal. The mashed potatoes were very good when I didn’t get a chunk of corn in it. I also ordered a side of mac and cheese. This had no flavor and was very greasy. This was also 5$ and for the small scoop I got, felt overpriced. My husband ordered the tenderloin and fries. The tenderloin had no flavor. The fries were not cooked all the way.
The service was very slow as well. We saw our server probably 3 times. Our food came out fairly quick however.
The place is great for atmosphere, but lacks in service and flavor.

Drove by this place a couple of weeks ago, and it was packed. I mistakenly thought the tenderloin was hand-breaded. It was a very nice size, but not what I expected. There were no non-alcoholic beers or wines for my wife, and the mocktail was marginal. Pretzel sticks and beer cheese were very good. All-in-all, I doubt that we would drive from Indy again.
I have eaten here many times before. The food is always good but this time it wasn't quite as good as it has been in the past. Our seating was a little confusing and I had put in what we were looking for in the comment section when making the reservation, we also had to wait for our server to arrive. She was very pleasant but got the Diet Coke and the Coke mixed up. We drive an hour to get there and will think twice about making the trip.
It was super busy, but the staff did wonderfully the brown butter halibut was definitely worth the drive and the peanut butter dessert although incredibly rich was perfect with vanilla ice cream
It was relaxing. I was there with friends. Salmon was delicious. Server was very friendly and helpful.

This was one of the best meals I've ever had. If it was closer to where I lived I'd be a regular. 10/10, 5 stars.
