Ordered online pickup. Bread was wrong on both my sandwiches, girlfriend’s sandwich was missing half of her toppings. Not the first time I’ve ordered here recently and my foods been messed up. Not a big deal but irritating when it’s someone’s job to read and put the correct items together

I am a frequent customer of this subway I never use the drive thru but unfortunately my husband did. We literally got a 12 inch bacon sub with two slices of bacon on the sub. I called the store and they said they would make us a new one. After driving all the way back to the store. In my pajamas. To walk in and get asked " did I have the sandwich with me? " I said no.....first no one told me to bring the sandwich back. It's not like they can sell it. But second. I go to this store 2 times a week for years. And I have never called and complained. Suffice to say I left with no new sandwich. Wasted time a lot of it....gas and a huge inconvenience for absolutely nothing. Including paying for a sandwich that was made with absolutely no care or thought. The real kicker is they make this sandwich for me all the time and it's a 12 inch sub bacon only no cheese no veggies .....how can you screw that up?

Placed an online order for 2 pizza subs and ham. I ended up getting a call saying they were out of regular white bread. I was only annoyed cause it wasn't for me, but no big deal. The guy was nice and said he'd throw some extra cookies in for the trouble. That worked fine since it was my kids sub. Then just as I figured, no extra cookies when I got home. Subs seemed like they were good but probably would have been better with the cookies....

With prices rising, you would at least think the orders would be correct but definitely not the case here unless you actually go inside and watch them make it and now they have put up a shield so you cannot even see the meat anymore. Online and drive through is always a gamble and that is not acceptable.

It took forever for them to make 2 sandwiches the lady that took our order was very rude and unprofessionalThe car in front of us only had 1 sand which and took them every bit of 15 minutes to makeWe sat in line for 30 mins and we had to repeat our order 6 times and the order was wrong and they did t fix it

Great food but the employee, Glenda, awareness and training of sanitation needs alot of improvement or re-training. First cutting my sandwich bread directly on the cutting board without a paper barrier was not acceptable, then using her same gloves touching both the cash register and then touching her clothes before starting my sandwich again. My opinion, but touching the cash register with your gloves on should not be allowed nor should you use your gloved hand to scrap off other order scraps from the cutting board prior to starting a new order. This is not the first time I have seen this in the store so I feel it really needs addressed.
