What a fantastic find! The brewery's owner, Vincent, immediately stands out for his warm hospitality and genuine passion for craft brewing. The beer selection is exceptional - each brew bursting with flavor and crafted with obvious care. The inviting atmosphere that perfectly blends rustic charm with modern craft brewery aesthetics
The real surprise, however, were the spicy cheese curds - absolutely phenomenal and perfectly complementing the beer.
This is definitely a must-visit destination for anyone passing through Ferdinand. The combination of delicious craft beers, mouthwatering appetizers, and friendly service makes St. Benedict Brew a standout local spot that you won't want to miss.
An absolute gem that delivers on every level!
I've always loved this place. Service is always so friendly and quick. The beer is delicious (my favorite being the blueberry wheat).
Good pizza and beer. Neat place. Nice outside seating area. Peaceful location.
This was such a cool place! Random abc unexpected! Fun to hang out and enjoy the other patrons! Got to share stories of travels and faith! Pizza is was wonderful! Very think cracker like crust with fresh toppings! I tried the Lemon Shandy beer and loved it! Definitely will be back when we pass through the town again!
Great little place with good pizza and great beer! We were on our way to Bardstown and needed to take a little break. Glad we found this place!
Excellent place. We stopped by for some craft beer. Their pizza and beer are delicious. We glad we made a stop!
Exceptional customer service! Got to try all of the beer and enjoy some fried raviolis. Planned on ordering a Pizza but after a HOT and Humid tour of St. Meinrad and Sisters of St. Benedict I needed something light. If you are in the area and want a relaxing place to try some brew and good food, stop here.
Nice break from blah. Maybe 5 minutes off 64 in Ferdinand, IN, on the grounds of a beautiful monastery. Looks like a shack from outside, but food and beer is where the effort is made. Menu is only wings, pizza and apps. Generally 6 local beers available. We had flights to determine our main drink. Great escape.
Great pizza, great beer
The grounds of St. Benedict’s are gorgeous and the brewery had excellent beer offerings. In early April we brought our dog with us and enjoyed our brews outside on the patio. Very friendly staff too.

Beer was delicious and the soft pretzel with beer cheese was really good
Great craft beer and pizza. It's a really neat place.
I had a perfect evening here. For me, that's an evening with some beer, some wifi and a peaceful spot where I can sit with my laptop. And despite the family atmosphere with a few kids running about, I was undisturbed.I had two absolutely terrific beers and sat at a table outside the main dining room next to the office. A power outlet there and so I not only wrote a half dozen or so Yelp reviews, I was able to fully charge all of my electronics before heading onwards. For me, that's a perfect evening. There's a friendly vibe here. Folks coming and going, families who haven't seen each other since last week, a beertender who wanted to make sure that I was satisfied with my beers. Love it.
Amazing brewery located behind the beautiful monastery. The beer was delicious and the pricing was definitely well priced. You definitely have to stop by.
The beers are great, the pizza was awesome for NY style, and the guys there are absolutely the best.
