I know the reputation is of a fairly basic chain restaurant but I really love this Applebee's. My husband and I live nearby so we stop in pretty often. I've been impressed with the steaks and we both enjoy the salads. The "perfect margarita" is really good as well! Service is always great no matter how crowded it may be.

Tam is an amazing server! No matter how crowded the restaurant, she is always very friendly and attentive. She has great suggestions when we don’t want our usual choices. She goes above and beyond. Tam is a treasure and needs to be recognized!

Got a chicken sandwich. Was supposed to have ranch on it. There was some sauce on it. Didn't add any flavor. Super bland. Best part of the meal was the fries. 50 dollars for 2 people is a ridiculous price. Was also charged for playing games when I never touched the machine until it was time to pay for the meal. Wait staff is walking around with airpods in. Service wasn't bad, but it wasn't great....seems to be the common theme there.

Our server Tam was very attentive and very friendly. She was really kind to our children.
Kid-friendliness: Tam made sure to converse with our children and even remembered their names when she would visit the table.

We sat down and noticed our server digging in her scalp. She didn’t turn to wash her hands, but rather came to take our order. We politely asked if she could wash her hands. She rudely said okay and walked away. We decided to leave. At that point, we did not trust the handling of our food. Very disappointing that grown adults have to be asked to perform proper hand hygiene, and refuse to do so. Gross. 0/10 do not recommend this location at all.

I really enjoyed sharing a rack or bbq ribs with my husband partnered with some fries and broccoli. Service was exceptional! Was a nice quick lunch for us. The only thing I think needs more attention are the washrooms.
I get takeout from this Applebee's from time to time, and they always get it right. I was especially pleased this time because the ribeye I ordered was cooked to a perfect medium.
I ordered some boneless ones and they took a long time and when they arrived they weren't even parmesan and they had almost no chicken, it was as if they had fried them too much, I could only eat 2 and I left the rest, I ordered a hamburger and it was relatively good although there are better options for a burger, my bill was less than 20 dollars and I left a 5 dollar tip (with card debit) and when checking the tip discount they had added more than what I had left, if you go to this place I recommend not leaving a tip from your card
