My daughter and I got sat in the bar area Not Busy At AllThe bar tender was supposed to be our server never looked at us, we was there for 10 min never even got drinks so we left. We both are servers so we was disappointed ? in the service smh We went to the Westfield location and was greeted and seated immediately and our server came over within 2mins the sever so nice , Great Service at this one ?

Literally the only time ive ever been to an apple bees and absolutely loved my food. The chicken is cooked and seasoned PERFECTLY. Shrimp isn’t rubbery like it usual is from an apple bees. I don’t order steak because I always end up with a shoe and now I kind of wish I would’ve ? because the chef is ON POINT! I meant to save some chicken for my dog but, I mean ?♀️.. it’s hardService is disturbingly slow though… there’s 3 tables. I need my check lady! Kid-friendliness: My kiddo also loves his food. Mac, strawberries and apple sauce

Went for the unlimited ribs/shrimp/wings. First reorder was ok, but it seemed the server avoided us after that. The restaurant wasn't all that busy, but our server was less than attentive.

Really had an awful experience there.We (I, my wife and 4 years old son) went for a dinner. There was not a lot of people there at that time. My son was trying to run around the restaurant, we stopped him, made him sit with us. When food was served, he slipped away and went to the empty seat behind and started jumping on the seat. We immediately got hold of him and brought him back to the seat. Right at that time the manager of the restaurant came to us, told us to leave if we can't keep him at his seat. We were shocked and could not say a word for 30 seconds. Then my wife told him that we are trying to manage him and he needs to be nice. I also told him the same words. He again repeated that we need to pay and leave, if we can't manage him. I asked him if he has done any damage to the property or had dropped anything at floor or table and made it dirty, he replied no. I told him that i can't leave without finishing my meal, he needs to be nice and leave us. He then told me please sir, i request you not to let him do this. I replied him we are trying our best, if you cant see that having an eye, i feel sorry for you and please stop harassing us like this. The i asked him who is the manager of the restaurant. He replied he is the manager. When the server came with the bill we asked her if he is the manager and she confirmed us he is the manager. I was like how a restaurant like Applebee's keep this kind of ill mannered person as manager.Kid-friendliness: The place is not kid friendly at all. Please Applebee's tell your employees be nice and kind with kids.
