Had the WORST experience here with a Caucasian female employee who was missing teeth. She was nasty, rude, and disrespectful. Arby’s, she will single-handedly ruin your 96th street location.
I've never seen this location very busy at all. Service was , food was fine, and I got thru pretty quick as it was in between lunch and dinner.

Terrible experience. Ordered my favorite jambalaya cha shake. They gave a vanilla MAYBE a hint of mocha. Took it back they gave another vanilla then after finally checking their machine I think they discovered it wasn't mixing properly or wasn't even working. They weren't inclined to do too much of anything to make it right
