Terrible experience. Ordered my favorite jambalaya cha shake. They gave a vanilla MAYBE a hint of mocha. Took it back they gave another vanilla then after finally checking their machine I think they discovered it wasn't mixing properly or wasn't even working. They weren't inclined to do too much of anything to make it right

I went here after going to the Wendy's on 96th street and having a very unprofessional experience at Wendy's. Tre'Veon at Arby's helped with my order n drive thru and he was very nice and polite. Finally, a fast food restaurant still training their employees the right way since that it seems it's hard to find anyone that can help you that has morals, values, and respect nowadays. So I wanted to write this review because ehen you do have a good experience thet person shouldn't go unnoticed. Let's bring excellent customer service back everyone.

Just pulled up at 11:20, no answer at the speaker. Pulled forward after thinking they may be closed on the 4th of July. Nope, just saw someone scrambling to get their appearance in order before opening the window. Decided not to ask that person or their friends to prepare food I would eat. Won't be back here anytime soon.
