It’ was horrible ! I just paid 34$ for dried chicken tenders ,three cold roast beef sandwiches on stale buns and then they forgot my Fries after all that !! If you’re going to gouge your customers at last give them some hot food !! I mean I could have gone to a proper restaurant and been served with good food !! Oh and on top of it they won’t answer the phone when you try and call !! Arby’s used to be good but this is Arby’s is a disaster

Don’t bother, you can be second in line and only people there at 4pm and it will take 30 minutes to get your food. Second time

The food was fresh & hot. We dined in and it was pleasant. The employees were nice but slow. They'd all hang out in the back taking their time to assist customers with taking their order. Whom I'm guessing is the franchise owner (Richard Brown ) lacks communication with customers when there's an issue at hand. He leaves them hanging and doesn't follow through in a timely manner.

Most people just assume fast food is without service, but I have to say I really witnessed amazing care of people. Including very sweet kindness to elderly people enjoying their lunch. I rarely eat fast food- but I will come here often just because of the environment 😌

I don't usually go through a drive through. Only came cuz I had a coupon. Gave my order and then proceeded to wait behind 1 car for 5 minutes. Never saw anyone approach the window. Person behind me left right before I did. I don't think it's supposed to take that long.

They were out of Roast Beef. I placed my order through the app. They did not address us when we entered. They then refused to refund my money or assist in getting a refund.

Customer service was great and staff were friendly. The food is another story, the roast beef is not thinly sliced and had a funny texture, the shake was fine. I would not revisit this location for food.
