Food is good but the service is horrendous. 50 minutes to make an online order with 2 sandwiches is ludicrous. Worse they were out of one of the items we ordered and just left me sitting waiting without saying a word.

I went here after passing by this place all the time. My wife ordered a turkey sausage egg bagel, she wasn't impressed. I ordered the California club it was ok. I was going to place my order then the lady behind the counter got a call so I'm waiting i thought she was done then she took another call, another lady who came in opened a second register which was cool. This was my first time here and I'm not trying to trip the service was ok and the food was alright, I'm sure i could have went to McAllisters or Potbellys and got this type of sandwich.

Stopped in for the first time today since breakfast was over at most places. So glad I did! Customer service was excellent. All of my questions were answered and I was given suggestions on what to order. They have a variety of breakfast bagels that are big enough to share. They also offer turkey sausage as a substitute, which is what I ordered for my bagel and it's really good, very flavorful. The coffee is delicious as well and they have a nice variety. They also have this little jar of powdered chocolate for you to flavor your coffee and of course, I went crazy with it šŸ˜… Overall, great food, great customer service, and cozy atmosphere. I'll be back!šŸ˜„

Got two bagels and one coffee to go. Neither were actually toasted, one was the wrong thing, and the coffee was burnt. All for $20…

Not sure if the cashier was on something or just not awake yet šŸ˜… I asked if they had a certain cheese, which is on the bagel I order at Big Apple Bagels Avon. I had to repeat myself and got a ā€œwhat no.ā€ Ordered a plain everything instead, which she proceeded to cut it without asking if I wanted cream cheese, which I spoke up and was met with a ā€œyou didn’t say you wanted cream cheese.ā€ I guess it would’ve been fine with no cream cheese considering the bagel wasn’t even toasted.

$10 for a below average bagel sandwich is wild. I have known about this place for years, and today i decided to stop in. Are the bagels even fresh?

I will stick to good ole broad ripple bagel deli.

We’ve been coming here for awhile, but after today we will not return. Our food was not very flavorful as it has been less and less over the last few times… Cashier was asked about their iced drinks so we ordered a vanilla but she took our order then made a hot drink instead… I could say more but I’m just going to leave it at that

Beware - *Those reviewing 5-Stars (recently) seem to lack discernment and give 5-Stars for every review*

We had bagel breakfast sandwiches and mini muffins. Muffins tasted mass produced and like chemical preservatives. My children didn’t even care for them. Nothing was fresh. Bagel was not toasted-what kind of bagel place is this!? Bacon was thin strips, see-through strips and microwaved. Scrambled egg was a cartridge egg mix that was microwaved. Cracked egg had shell fragments in it. No love put into the food preparation. Anyone can microwave food and/or receive in a mass produced shipment of baked goods. Don’t bother wasting your $ at a BAB. 1st and last time for us.
-Fishers should be embarrassed to keep this place in business. The 1980’s called and they want their restaurant back.

I give 3 stars, because they do not allow their employees to have tips directly given to them. I believe that if you did the service you get the tip, no one else. The person that always makes my coffee (I will not say who) is nice & I hope that person gets taken care of well. Life’s hard, so let tips be given to by who created your food/drink.

I’m so happy they this bagel shop is not located near to my house šŸ˜…šŸ«£or else I would’ve ended up there every other day for their freshly made bagels and baked goods. I recently tried their cheddar bagel with the sun-dried tomato cream cheese spread. The cream cheese was so good that you could taste the sun-dried tomatoes in every bite. The egg sandwich tasted good too. I had their double chocolate cheesecake large muffin for $3 which is totally worth for the price. They also offer a great deal of free cream cheese spread on the purchase of half a dozen and dozen bagels.
