Big Apple Bagels is hands-down the best spot in town. The bagels are always fresh, perfectly chewy, and loaded with flavor. What really sets this place apart, though, is the owner, Karma. He is incredibly nice and truly cares about his customers. You can tell he takes great pride in running the shop because the service is fast, the quality is consistent, and the atmosphere is always welcoming. It’s rare to find a business where the owner is so hands-on and friendly.

I love this place so much. The inside is like any stripmall restaurant and isnt super attractive but the bagels and cream cheese are amazing. My husband loves the horseradish roast beef sandwich and I love the jalapeno cheddar cream cheese and the onion chive on a salt bagel.

I have been coming here since I was a kid. They have been here for as long as I can remember. Always the best bagels, the Everything ones are better than anyone else's. My facorite cream cheese is the sun dried tomato. My son loves to come in and pick out mini muffins. Always a pleasure.

Stopped in to grab breakfast on my way to work and I stood at the counter for 10 minutes while no one made eye contact with me or attempted to help me in anyway. Very frustrating will not be coming back.

I went here after passing by this place all the time. My wife ordered a turkey sausage egg bagel, she wasn't impressed. I ordered the California club it was ok. I was going to place my order then the lady behind the counter got a call so I'm waiting i thought she was done then she took another call,another lady who came in opened a second register which was cool. This was my first time here and I'm not trying to trip the service was ok and the food was alright, I'm sure i could have went to McAllisters or Potbellys and got this type of sandwich.

Stopped in for the first time today since breakfast was over at most places. So glad I did! Customer service was excellent. All of my questions were answered and I was given suggestions on what to order.They have a variety of breakfast bagels that are big enough to share. They also offer turkey sausage as a substitute, which is what I ordered for my bagel and it's really good, very flavorful. The coffee is delicious as well and they have a nice variety. They also have this little jar of powdered chocolate for you to flavor your coffee and of course, I went crazy with it 😅 Overall, great food, great customer service, and cozy atmosphere. I'll be back!😄

Not sure if the cashier was on something or just not awake yet 😅 I asked if they had a certain cheese, which is on the bagel I order at Big Apple Bagels Avon. I had to repeat myself and got a “what no.” Ordered a plain everything instead, which she proceeded to cut it without asking if I wanted cream cheese, which I spoke up and was met with a “you didn’t say you wanted cream cheese.” I guess it would’ve been fine with no cream cheese considering the bagel wasn’t even toasted.

We’ve been coming here for awhile, but after today we will not return. Our food was not very flavorful as it has been less and less over the last few times… Cashier was asked about their iced drinks so we ordered a vanilla but she took our order then made a hot drink instead… I could say more but I’m just going to leave it at that
