Horrible service. The place wasn’t even busy and they couldn’t handle the orders. Nobody behind the counter had any idea what was going on. It took us a long time to get through the line because they completely messed up the peoples order ahead of us(before they even paid). When my pizza came out, the lady didn’t know which was which so she was constantly asking customers if they knew which pizza was theirs.

The lovely young lady with the winged eyeliner making our pizzas was utterly amazing and professional, even when she was being berated by a Karen during rush service. Give this girl a raise! Not only was our pizza hot, but delicious and correct!

The line was a little long... But that was mostly due to online orders being filled as well. The wait wasn't terrible.
The pizza is always good but wish they would just add more cheese be default instead of having to ask for enough cheese to cover the pizza.

We visited this place today around 8:45pm and we were not allowed to dine in as they had closed their lobby and were not even interested. We didn’t want our pizza to get soggy till we reach home, so we asked them to atleast give the sauce drizzles on the side as a courtesy, but they still charged separately for it.

Tried to pickup my order and they had made me an 11 inch instead of a large. I had to sit and wait for them to make it right. Most places offer and drink or coupon, even a water for the wait. Not Blaze, the employees made sure to take the wrong pizza and set it on top of the oven, probably for themselves.Then my other pizza had about 3 peppers and onions on them. I respond to their online request for review, the district manager, Jeremy from KS, calls to let me know that it was a teaching moment. I even offered a pic of the pizza, not interested. Total waste of time and money. I will stick to the Solo Pizza food truck down the street. Blaze is a constant disappointment and I am done wasting money.

I’m very disappointed with today’s lunch at blaze Pizza. I normally always go to the one downtown However, I was nearby at this location and have been once before coming into the restaurant. There were two ladies who I thought were very nice. One was an older black woman. The other was an older white woman. I noticed they had a few orders maybe from an online order IHowever, I was nearby at this location and have been once before coming into the restaurant. The older white woman stated to me that she’ll be with me shortly after a while, so did the older black woman as I’m placing my order with the older black woman her demeanor is just off and her attitude is just zero the older white woman starts to make my pizza and as I’m asking for extra, it seems it’s bothering her that I want extra I bypass it and I continue with yes ma’am no ma’am thank you no thank you. I get to the register. I’m waiting again which I am very patient. The older black woman comes up to the register and cashes me out and I tell her I want to enter in my number and she said oh I have to do it on my end she cancels my order and then she proceeds to Tell me that she can print me off a receipt and I can take a picture on the app first off I don’t even have the app and why was it a problem to just enter in my number needless to say both of the ladies attitudes were very poor. I will never ever return to this location simply because of them too like I said I came in very positive very happy. These two ladies literally ruined my afternoon, and I never let that happen but I was just so nice and so respectful their demeanor and attitude towards me back just wasn’t right.

This location should close asap. Staff hates this place and the customers. 30 minute wait time and it was empty when we arrived. Reluctant to let us pick our toppings on build your own salad and pizza. Staff arguing with each other in front of customers. Ingredients out or frozen and 3pm on a Saturday..... this used to be a solid location unfortunately

The food is always great, but the service is consistently terrible, today I went in to a decent size line and the staff had no sense of urgency, moving irritatingly slow, also the lady putting the pizzas in the oven and ringing to food in was texting on her phone while ringing my food in and didn’t wash her hands or change gloves which is a food safety violation and she had what looked to be a weed pen in her back pocket. Overall horrible experience but at least the pizza isn’t half bad.

The artichokes smelled sour and were completely mushy and slimy. I order artichokes on my pizza all the time from here and they are always a light yellow color, never a grayish color. I tried to pick them off, but it left a gross after taste and I couldn’t even eat my pizza.
