With all honesty the customer service was horrible. Both the customers and myself pleaded for extra toppings the duration of our order. Lack of manners tact and professionalism. When the older couple in front of me made a request the youngvman snarred WHAT??? That's not how you speak to paying customers who are old enough to be your grandparents. Won't be returning.

Great pizza. I should have asked for more toppings. The time I went the girl put very little of the selected toppings I asked for. The flavor of the pizza was great, I had the cauliflower crust!

Came in at 12:00 definitely empty for the time. Should have been a warning. Ordered a build your own and a chose two. The woman building the pizzas was very short not of stature but personality. Whatever we all have days. But she was also extremely conservative with toppings. Like cheese fill up the spoon then toss half back in the tray. Tomatoes hers 3 half cherry tomato’s. Olive here’s one sliced olive. And so on just extremely conservative with toppings. Not the same experience I have come to expect from blaze.

How can you go wrong with making your own pizza, basically? The pizzas were amazing. The workers were obviously fed up with their manager and the way they were being treated, which is sad. They still worked hard and provided great food.

I love Blaze, I’ve been coming since this location opened. However this was arguably one of the worst experiences I’ve had. They were clearly short staffed so the wait was long, which I was fine with. (It did take us about 30 minutes just to make it to the register) What made it uncomfortable was the horrible tension between staff. There was an older woman who was clearly displeased with her staff and would loudly argue and yell at others. I could tell that staff were not trained fully as they were asking questions but she’d get upset when answering. The man running the oven started running the cash register and was doing so incorrectly. Most likely through no fault of his as I’d assume he hadn’t been shown how but. I felt like all of this was a manageable experience. However when we sat down to eat, the store was filthy. The floors were covered in grime build up, food and trash. We had to search for any clean table. There was a hair in my salad bowl. I’m not sure what has happened recently but the quality of this restaurant has steeply declined. Unsure if I’ll be returning to this location.
On 4/15/2025 at 07:04 pm I was ordering large cheese Pizza and I only asked the guy who worked there Nicly to cut it with a clean knife and the manager was laud and gave me attitude just for asking that. she refused to tell me her name.

I came here for pi day and you buy a pizza and get one free. I think I’ll always be attending on pi day. The line was not too bad and it was a great deal. The staff is nice and chill and I had a great time for my first time at blaze pizza 🍕

I went to the store on April 4th evening and ordered 3 pizzas. When the order was ready I noticed that they handed over the wrong pizza to me. When I pointed it out to the person at the counter, the girl changed the order paper and tried to swap with one of multiple pepperoni pizzas on the table. I was not comfortable since I wasn’t sure of the customized sauce I chose. When I was trying to explain that to the girl, a lady came out (who later claimed that it was her restaurant) and started raising her voice against me without even trying to hear why I am not comfortable. She said I have to take the pizza the girl gives me or go back in line. I asked her why I should go back in line for the mistake they made with my order. She kept arguing that I was given the right pizza and went inside. While I was ready to take the pizza that was given to me as there was no other way, the lady again came back from inside without being called for and again started arguing with me about the same incident. This time only to make it more humiliating, she said that i have to leave the restaurant. It was so humiliating in front of my family and other customers. Even though I came for Dine-in, she started packing my pizzas forcefully to make me leave. At this point I told her i don't need her pizzas and asked her to have it herself and left the restaurant with my family.
This is the worst behavior by any restaurant manager I have seen in any restaurant in the last 10 years

I ordered food online that said if would be ready at 8:05, pizza went in the oven at 8:25 and was not ready to be picked up until 8:35.
