Rome was the worst server we've ever had. Point blank, absolutely rude, disconnected, and extremely unattentive, the food however ever was great, but through him, it was a terrible experience. We will be back, and hoping to never have him as our server again, we will absolutely refuse him.

I had a burger with a fried egg on top of it. It was moist and flavorful, and fixed according to my request.
Service was good. We had a very large group of guys, and still didn't have long to wait for food or drink refills.

Service is CONSISTENTLY bad in the bar area and via carry out. It’s so disappointing because their food is actually pretty good! Last carry-out visit, they missed the special instructions for my fish, forgot the fries and forgot the extra tartar sauce. The portion size is a great value, I just wish they could get their service standards up to par.
