Horrible experience. We waited ONE HOUR for a Doordash pick-up order, constantly being told it “wasn’t ready yet.” After all that time, the manager finally said the order was never received and they couldn’t make it because the kitchen was already closed.

This was clearly caused by the restaurant’s incompetence — no real apology, no solution, nothing.

Unprofessional, zero empathy, terrible management.
Absolutely unacceptable for a hospitality business.
Never coming back and do NOT recommend. My calification is 0

DON’T use take out or delivery HERE. Ordered on the app. Food is ice cold. Don’t rely on your server to tell you when it’s ready. Even if you’ve ordered a beer at the bar, told them that you’ve placed an order online and told them your name. They will not tell you when it’s ready nor offer a refund for dried out, under sauced, cold crap. Thanks for nothing will never come back to this location.

It’s been two weeks and I’ve got no response from anyone. What a joke. If you don’t explain how your takeout is done, how can I know I’ve been waiting for an hour for cold food?

Paid $60 to carry out two meals, checked to make sure all items were there before leaving, but didn’t think opening everything would be needed. Got home to find plain, dry wings with no sauce. Also paid extra to have all flats. Did not have all flats.

Going out to eat with three little kids poses its own challenges, especially when servers don’t want to take our table because of that. Thankfully, Robert, took great care of us throughout our entire visit. Service was prompt, personable, and polite. He customized an order to accommodate our 7 month old and made sure our other kids’ food came out first, followed by our entrees and appetizer (which we prefer). Robert read the room well and the experience couldn’t have gone smoother considering we were trying to eat AND entertain the kids. Food was standard BWW quality: hot, delicious, timely. And we’re grateful the first server passed on us and allowed us to sit with Robert! We are new to the area but we will be back!

Horrible place. Waited for 15 minutes after placing the order and still didn't get our chips and salsa appetizers. We decided to just leave. Never again.

Update: The owner's reply is asking the customer to fill out a form... Do you think people work for you and have time to waste on your form? That shows how intuitive (not) this place in taking care of customers.

Coming from a person who works in this industry, this has been the worst service I have ever received.

Went on 7/3/25 around 8-9 pm to celebrate my engagement and got sat. Ordered our drinks and it took 20 mins for them to arrive which in turn were all incorrect (one person never even got their drink, one got corona light instead of the corona they ordered, another got a Michelob ultra instead of the modelo they wanted and I got an angry orchard instead of the house kolsch I ordered.) the server ran drinks a second time and still got it wrong.

The server and manager apologized for what was going on and blamed it on training a new person. The manager didn’t even bother to comp the drinks that took over half an hour to get right or try to make the situation at least somewhat better other than the aforementioned apology which reflects very poor integrity and lack of attention to detail in the management of this restaurant. At least go to the bar, have the drinks poured and run them yourself if your FOH staff is too incompetent to do it themselves!

Save your hassle and drive the extra distance to go to a BWW that will actually make you feel welcome and get things right the first time.

We're really disappointed with the place. We arrived, and a very friendly gentleman seated us, but we sat at the table for over 10 minutes without a server. We were about to leave when the waitress finally came over, introduced herself, and took our drink order. I ordered a beer, and she didn't offer refills or ask if we wanted anything else. My wife's glass of soda wasn't refilled either. When I asked for a box to take my food to-go, she brought the box and the bill without asking if we wanted anything else or more drinks. We thought we'd be there longer, ordering more beers and maybe dessert, but we felt rushed. It's a shame, really frustrating. I'm not going back to that place.
