Went in there on a Saturday night and the place was a ghost town with tons of college hoops games on (figured out why)… we stood around the front waiting to be seated for 10 minutes I finally started walking around the pickup area looking for any signs of life and finally saw someone I think named Lexi behind the swing door playing on her phone. She made eye contact tact with me and looked annoyed and asked what I needed. I said we had been standing around for awhile and had never been interacted with and asked if we were just supposed to seat ourselves. She said “oh hold on I’ll find a waitress to seat you”. There were 3 tables in the whole joint with people at them and I swear to you we stood around for another 5 minutes. During that 5 minutes, one of the other tables that had 5 people at it got up and walked out, on their way out they said they had been at their table for 20 minutes and never even got waters. So then Lexi comes back and seats us and we notice the waitresses are sitting at the bar. We sat for another 15 minutes without a peep from a waitress or Lexi again. So we left. In total we were there for 30 minutes plus, there was practically nobody in there and we were never interacted with a server only the 2 sentences with Lexi and she was playing on her phone in the back and had to be tracked down. 2 groups walked out, us and the other group, in that 30 minutes and had never been approached by a server. The server was there moving around with 0 sense of urgency and not even acknowledging anybody. This is horrible service and not only will I never go to that BDubs again. I’m never going to another bDubs anywhere because this just seems to be the culture they are ok with. Mediocre wings and $h&@ service. Never again anywhere. The kicker is my brother and I just wanted to get a couple of beers and get my nephew some wings. We could have waited an hour to get a drink. Unbelievable.

Carry out service is very bad. Whatever time they give you online. Double it. Then make sure you check it before you go. Something will be wrong/missing. I don’t think this is for all bdubs just this specific location.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER… Brianna deserves to be fired. Outrageously rude and extremely unhelpful. Omg- i’ve never met a more rude service employee ever. That’s embarrassing for this company.

We were at Buffalo Wild Wings at 116/Olio playing Golden Tee. We paid $8 for 18 holes. After 10 holes, the game froze and reset back to $0. We asked to speak to manager. The manager on duty, Brianna, came out and told us they are not responsible for the game and we would have to contact the number on the game for help. We did, but it went to voicemail. When I told Brianna that we either needed refunded for the 8 holes we did not get to play, or a credit to keep playing 8 more holes, she said her General Manager, Jared, does not allow that. So we lost $4 and they were not willing to help in any way.

This place stinks. Sat 6 people at a both. Get your kitchen in order. It should not take over an hour for us to get food. Wings were not sauced. Food was not right. Please do better. Will not be coming back.

I went there last night for the first time and not only were the staff friendly they were also quick and efficient! I want to give a huge shoutout to Ginger and Kaitlyn. They were phenomenal! I will 100% be coming back

Order was 30+ minutes late, not the delivery driver's fault, food was made incorrectly per the order, and items were missing from the order. We keep trying to give this place a chance but it's not worth it anymore. You are better off heading right across the street to Ale Emporium and getting much better food and service.

against all odds, this “restaurant” remains in business. the food they serve here is akin to the gruel served in a gulag near Yakutsk, soviet union in the 50’s. at least the service there was probably better. every bite feels like a gamble because the food is very very hit or miss (mostly miss). of course, this is assuming you can get your food in the first place. a better name for BWW’s would be DMV’s. i could get out of purgatory faster. it appears they would rather buy a 500th TV (only to play the same thing as every other TV) than hire another server to make things even a little quicker. clear your calendar before coming here. but for real that is an absurd number of televisions. its honestly impressive how they are able to afford all of them because they do not have that kind of business. its hard NOT to look at several tvs at the same time. its a great place to day drink however. if your life is miserable, this is a good place to wash it all away.

Paid for boneless and got bone in… also paid an extra couple bucks for queso on top of the fries and all i got was cold, dry fries. lastly it took an extra 20 minutes for all the food to be ready…. on a wednesday!:(

We usually don’t have this bad of experiences at BW3s but this location was very disappointing. For a Sunday when football was on and multiple local sports having tournaments etc., this place was ridiculously crowded. It seemed like there were only 3 servers. It took over 1.5 hours almost to get our food (we had 5 people). Several sports teams were there so they had many people but over the course of 30 minutes they were continuing to get food delivered. Our server mentioned that the kitchen was backed up…that would have been a great reason to have more people in the kitchen then or call someone in for the lunch rush.

The hostess told one group of people that it was a 30 minute wait but they ended waiting for 60.

Know it’s not the servers fault by any means.

Tables were left dirty 15-20 minutes after people left which should have been cleaned off so people waiting could sit.

I saw multiple families leave after waiting for their food to arrive that never came. One family behind is even asked to have their food to go but gave up waiting for it and left without their food. Multiple orders were sent back to the kitchen because it was taking so long and people just left.

It may not be like this normally but it was very disappointing to see and experience. Unfortunately we may not be back to this location again.

I hope they can find more servers/kitchen staff in the future to help busy days run more smoothly.
