Not tried this location before. Easy to order. Like that they have food available from the cooler up front.

If you want lettuce and tomato on your sandwich you have to ask. I forgot and get home to find a plain croissant. Totally my fault because I did check the bag and noticed the chips I ordered were missing. While I was waiting, a man came in with his receipt to get the items he found missing after he drove home. The chicken salad is good. The order takers should start asking if you want lettuce and tomato on your sandwich. That's the way it's shown on the menu board.

I have autism and some textures are weird to me, so when you discontinued the turkey pesto I stopped coming because I can't tolerate the texture of the rest of the menu. The only reason this review got this score is because the person I came in to get food for was super happy and the staff was amazing. The fruit cup that I recieved did look really good though.

I love Chicken Salad Chick!!! And the new manager is amazing, and they are on the top of their game. The food is amazing. I love the classic carol chicken salad and pimento cheese. Their iced sugar cookies are amazing. I also pop in there to take tubs to go often.

I walked in at 7:30 pm and stood at the counter 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. Then I was told that they close at 8 but were starting to close down, so they didn’t offer to serve me. Even though they had the 10 minutes prior to tell me they were closing 30 min early OR they could’ve managed to check out my bottled water and prepackaged container of fruit. Can’t speak to the food since I never got that far.
