It would be nice if companies remember their job is to deliver value. Setting your website up so that i can even look at a damn menu seems greedy and soul less. - potential customer

Had a very strange experience here. I ordered talked out for 11:15 - I waited in store until 12:05 for my food. Here’s the thing - they were PACKED. Packed full of entitled and impatient people who were being very rude to the staff. Because of this, I waited patiently because I felt bad. From a customer only perspective, I waited almost an hour for a pick up order. Don’t get me wrong, the food tasted amazing. I didn’t mind waiting because I wasn’t on a schedule, but I did see two other take out orders leave because they were running late for work. I both feel bad for the staff and also was mildly disappointed that I waited an hour for a take out order.

If you want lettuce and tomato on your sandwich you have to ask. I forgot and get home to find a plain croissant. Totally my fault because I did check the bag and noticed the chips I ordered were missing. While I was waiting, a man came in with his receipt to get the items he found missing after he drove home. The chicken salad is good. The order takers should start asking if you want lettuce and tomato on your sandwich. That's the way it's shown on the menu board.

I have autism and some textures are weird to me, so when you discontinued the turkey pesto I stopped coming because I can't tolerate the texture of the rest of the menu. The only reason this review got this score is because the person I came in to get food for was super happy and the staff was amazing. The fruit cup that I recieved did look really good though.

I love Chicken Salad Chick!!! And the new manager is amazing, and they are on the top of their game. The food is amazing. I love the classic carol chicken salad and pimento cheese. Their iced sugar cookies are amazing. I also pop in there to take tubs to go often.
