The place by my house was hit and miss. So I decided to try this place, on my goodness, my new go to. Maybe twelve mile drive well worth it!
Dining room is a decent size. The wonton soup was great. Shrimp fried rice pretty good too. Ordered General Tso's chicken with white meat. The breaded meat is stored in the refrigerator and then refried. The sauce has a good flavor. I imagine they use this same meat for dishes like sweet & sour chicken. Sauce is added after so not cooked together. If you like the traditional batter fried and cooked in the sauce, you will be disappointed. Not sure if they prepare the dark meat version in the wok or not. Decent food overall.
