I had a pick up order at 4:30 and they didnt start it until 4:30 ans i had to wait 20 minutes. All the workers were just talking and barkey working. Never order takeout from here

I love Chipotle, but this store has to be the worst experience and I will not be coming back. 2 and a half hours before closing and they are so called “out” of all the protein except beans. Out of close to everything. Employees on the food line was telling people ahead of us they are out and won’t be making anymore. Me loving chipotle I still stayed and it was the worst 20$ I think I’ve ever spent. Yet, I couldn’t even order because I was skipped and only my girlfriend was able to eat and I was completely ignored when I was next person up to order. I pronounced myself respectably just to be ignored to the people behind me getting there order taken. Just for my girlfriend to eat her food when we arrive home and it make her sick to her stomach because it had been sitting out for so long . Literally throwing up sick!!! Highly advise to not eat here.

Walked in to a store lacking any type of moral. No rice, waited 4 minutes. Out of guac, they skipped over my boyfriend and ignored his presence. Got my food, started to eat it… ice cold. 0/10 will never go back to this location

The service is just getting worse, I stopped by to get my lunch on my break, it was 11:30am they supposably open at 11:00am I was told that I had to order online because they were not ready on the front lane! I really didn’t have time to order online because I was on my 15 minute break! I wonder how they were not ready! I saw about 6 employees working at that time!

The food tasted fine, but the price was unreasonably high for a single lunch. A simple bowl with queso, guacamole, and a small drink came out to almost $22, which doesn’t feel like a fair value. Chipotle should reconsider their pricing or portion sizes, as the experience did not match the cost.

Chips were stale and soggy the last two times I have been there so this time I asked to try a chip out of the bag and told them about previous experience and they told me I would still have to purchase them. Umm…every other Chipotle I have been to and received stale chips they throw them away and give a new bag. It is a problem bc they pre-bag the chips and they get stale however I have never had a Chipotle say I would be required to take the stale chips! This place is also always dirty. The entire restaurant, especially the bathrooms are gross. Avoid this location.

I’m a HUGE Chipotle fan and this has to be one of the worst locations. On separate occasions this place has been dirty (trash cans, dining area, bathroom, etc.). They might as well advertise it’s a “cook to order” place because they’re always out of food. Waited 15 minutes for white rice and then got to the chicken and waited another 10 for that, and finally got to order my chips to wait another 10 minutes while they cooked them.. I find it strange that they have ready bags of chips for the online order lane and refuse to give them to people who come in the store. Horrible experience - drive 10 minutes to a better location.

Our experience with Chipotle is dimming in satisfaction, mostly because of the way the food gets prepared for us. It’s becoming the Chipotle rice and bean bowl, almost like the management has trained the help to minimize the content of the elements one actually pays for. And when you point it out that you might like to have a slightly larger portion of any particular element other than beans and rice, you get a little guff about it. This has happened in each of the 3 stores close to us. I think we’ll avoid the chain for awhile.
