Absolute garbage. Trash service, trash food. While we were ordering, some poor guy complained his chips were stale. Three staff members just stood there, shrugged like it wasn’t their problem, and went right back to doing nothing. No apology, no fresh chips, no basic human decency — just dead eyes and attitude.

The guy serving me acted like giving me a proper portion of chicken was a personal offense, like it was coming out of his own damn paycheck. What a joke.

Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy disrespect, stingy portions, and a side of apathy.

Very unprofessional, Very dirty, Always missing half the ingredients

No service, you have to order online, they closed today at 4:50 when the sign says 11pm. Add this to the list of places I won't come back to.

Service is sometimes fast, sometimes slow also messed up my order more than once

Portioned everything terribly and the employee decided it was smart to toss my cup of queso into my takeout bag with the lid half off. When I showed him the mess inside the bag he just said, “oh my bad” and stared at me. I had to request him to replace the queso and get me a new bag. guy was a moron and the meal was a total waste of money.

Portion sizes are ridiculous for the cost. When I asked about it politely I was immediately attacked by some of the employees and the manager. Portion size was small but they didn’t even seem to care the item was missing 2 ingredients.

Absolutley stupid how your not allowed to put rice in a quesedilla, idk what policy this is but just terrible experience

Food should have been good like any another chipotle. They are always out of either meat / fajita veggies.
Cleanliness is not up to the mark (cooking and counter tops).

Speaking about staff, I didn't find issue with them but management: work allocation, not giving enough training, or not providing enough headcount. You can see that disconnect in this location.

Have to agree with the other reviews. Food quality is inconsistent and portions are pretty sad. staff seems annoyed by your presence most of the time- it can be pretty uncomfortable. Chipotle is my bf’s favorite but he doesn’t want it anymore because of this.

The portions were shockingly small. We absolutely did not get our money's worth. The steak bowl wasn't even halfway full. There was very little steak or rice. My daughter ended up adding additional rice at home to make the meal more substantial.
The order of chicken tacos were unusually small as were the brisket tacos. The amount of brisket in the tacos absolutely did not warrant the price.

Lastly, the cheese in my 6 year old's quesadilla wasn't melted! She picked it up and un-melted cheese fell out.

I don't think we'll be returning to this location. Very disappointing.

Update: Per the owner's recommendation I reached out using the link they provided. My proposed resolution was a 50% refund (I provided proof of purchase). They offered me a BOGO coupon that expires in 30 days. Reaching out was a waste of time. I wish I could take my review lower than 1 star.

Horrible place, managers extremely disrespectful to their employees right in front of customers, the person training an employee took a portion of guacamole right out of my taco and threw it in the trash because apparently it was slightly too much, I’m going to Qdoba next time for sure.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE…Attempted to order on a Tuesday at 6:30 pm. There was no line and at least seven employees standing around when I walked to the counter. I stood there for two to three minutes watching them chat as no one greeted or acknowledged me. A male approached and asked what I wanted. When I started to tell him, he interrupted me and said he had to train someone and proceeded to snap his finger and say “girl, girl…I can’t remember your name” while pointing to a group still chatting. At that point, I left. Poor customer service!! I would advise you to choose a different trainer as well.

I really wish I could’ve put no stars .My daughter went in to order a burrito they told her we can’t we are out of that chicken .She came to car and said they were so rude and stated out of what she wanted .I went in place looked disgusting I asked the the worker are you out of stock of an item or just out and need to remake more he said need to make more .I said I’m in hospitality the proper thing to say is so sorry we are out we are making some fresh if you don’t mind waiting ten to 15 minutes .He looked and laughed I walked out of there bunch of kids .It wasn’t even busy for the place to be looking so gross three workers just playing around making your business go down. This was yesterday Saturday at 3:10 pm not even a busy time

I don’t know that I’ve ever been to any place that has so much apathy for their customers than this location (and that includes other Chipotles). The employees do anything they can to avoid making eye contact or speaking to you until they absolutely have to. They complain to each other while they’re making your food that they can’t wait to close and go home. And they consistently run out of the same ingredients every day, but don’t ever change how much they prep to accommodate the demand. Instead of making more they just shrug and say “we’re out” even with hours left before they close. If the food wasn’t so good, I would’ve stopped coming here a long time ago. The message here is clear—they don’t want your business; running a restaurant is too much of a burden.
