One of my favorite barbeque joints - the ribs are always melt in your mouth deliciousness. The service is fine, the only people I interact with are the cashier and the counter person who serves the food, which is minimal but fine. The atmosphere is the modern hodgepodge of eclectic themed items reminiscent of Texas.

Great place to get something a little different. However, it seems all locations seem to have difficulty with the temperature of the meat. It is never hot and sometimes seems to border on lukewarm to cold. Great taste though and the choice of sauces gives most people a chance to find out what they might like. Green beans and corn casserole is excellent.

I would rate 5 stars but something is going on with the brisket here this past year. It's more dry and tough than in years past.The sausage, the potato salad, and seemingly everything else is very good. I'm going to try the Carmel location and see if it's different.
