CityBird wins the family approval test! 😄 My mother-in-law and brother-in-law (visiting from Colombia) loved it, and that already says a lot. But the real surprise? My toddler — who never eats food from outside — was completely intrigued and ended up eating TWO tenders. That’s basically a miracle.

The chicken was crispy, juicy, and clearly high quality. I usually avoid fried food for my toddler, but I actually felt good letting him enjoy this. Great food, great vibe, and definitely a spot we’ll be coming back to.

We had an event that we catered for our organization. We put a very large catering order in the day before and the staff were extremely helpful to make sure our order was fulfilled and that the event was a success!
The manager went above and beyond to make this an amazing experience. If you are looking for catering, or a great spot to get great food, GO TO CITY BIRD!

City Bird truly has the best tenders in town! They’re incredibly crispy, juicy, and cooked to perfection. Their homemade sauces elevate the entire experience — the lemon thyme and honey dijon are absolute standouts. Everything was so flavorful and satisfying. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend this spot to anyone craving amazing chicken tenders!

I stopped by for some chicken tenders and fries, and I was pleasantly surprised. The chicken tenders were tender, juicy, and flavorful, and the fries were hot and perfectly seasoned. The service was friendly and efficient, making the experience quick and easy—just what you want from a fast-food spot.

The prices were very reasonable, which makes it a great option for a casual meal without breaking the bank. It’s a typical fast-food place, but the food quality and service make it stand out above average. I’d definitely come back for a satisfying and affordable meal.

We so enjoyed our first visit here! Not many places can advertise free and range and antibiotic free. The 2 ladies serving us over the counter today were so friendly and helpful with deciding on our first order here. Loved it. We will be back the food was amazing!

Citybird does 1 thing and they do it well, I've never been much for Chicken tenders but these guys put the Tender into chicken tenders, The chicken was perfectly short of falling apart in my hands. The service was Above standard. I will definitely be back.

Food was good, but the chicken tenders were just large chicken nuggets. There was a noticeable lack in substance. Won't be going out of my way to return.

I eat here every three months and have slowly seen quality decline and today it was abysmal. Every table was filthy, the windows and doors dirty, the trashcan had sauce or grease smeared all around, and the drink fountain had orange sauce smeared everywhere so it got on your cup to get a drink. There was no lemonade and they acted surprised after I had already paid for it. No chicken salad sandwich. And they couldn't use any rewards from the app. Disappeared in the back to talk on the phone and was completely unavailable for help or for me to mention the disgusting drink situation. Food tastes good still but the cleanliness was so bad it was hard to think about anything else while quickly eating.

We wanted to to try something new, so city bird was where we ended up. I saw 4 stars on Google, I would give it more like 2.5. Nothing to rant or boast about. Chicken tenders were so small ranging from 1 inch to 2 1/2 inches long. Nothing fancy here. Food was just ok not $41 worth for 3 people. There is no atmosphere just , screens to order on a kitchen window and tables and chairs and a small area for outdoor seating. Like I said it was just.... ok. Nothing more.

I was absolutely disappointed with my order. What I received was not what is advertised. This was my first time trying this place and I was so excited but sadly this is not okay. I wasn't even able to get half my money back.
