First visit to this restaurant. Didn't even know it existed until we found it today and decided to try it. Definitely a good choice and worth a visit. Not the normal idea of a sandwich and not many options but it's more about the quality versus the options. husband got the BBQ chicken sandwich and DAMN. I got the tenders and I'm sad I didn't get the sandwich instead. I would highly suggest taking a leap of faith and trying their sandwich because the way the ingredients work together is perfect. You leave satisfied. The service was great too. The dining area is small but works if you plan to be quick. Definitely give this place a try if you haven't yet.
Parking: General parking for the entire business areas.
Kid-friendliness: Yes kids could eat here but I wouldn't take my kids younger than 8 here or if they are super picky. Not a lot of options.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes it's wheelchair accessible but not wheelchair friendly.

Could be full. only has tables for 20. Food is great. Chicken is perfectly cooked. We had sandwiches which were messy because of the slaw on them. Piles of fries could share. Will return

The food here is really good, but they really need to work on their customer service. It feels like the employees are put out to do basic tasks. No smiles or greeting just “what do you want?” “That it?” Also the tables were dirty and they weren’t busy. I asked if our table could be wiped down and it’s like I asked for their left hand.
Overall the service makes me not want to come even though the food is tasty.

Customer service at this place is 0 stars. There are rude teenagers working here that will not get off of their phones to assist. The employee handed me my order while continuing her personal call. She slid my food across the counter and walked away. I asked if she had everything for my order and she rolled her eyes and said yeah. When she realized she forgot to give me my 3 lemonades she pushed them across the counter, no apologies just a long sigh. I should have asked for a refund because my fries and tenders were old.

Pretty much everything about this place was underwhelming, especially the service.
As first timers, we obviously had some questions about the menu and the people working seemed annoyed that we ask them anything. We were the only people in the restaurant and they all acted as though we interrupted their break. There was no “hi” or “welcome in” when we walked in and when we thanked them, there was no response whatsoever.
The food was mediocre at best. I had hair in mine that I noticed a couple bites in and didn’t even bother to get it replaced.
$12 for what amounts to 3 tenders and a small fry is a big ask when the service is non-existent with mediocre flavor.

I love City Bird for keeping their menu simple, which really lets the quality and creativity of the food shine. The dishes are always flavorful and well-executed. That said, one small issue I’ve run into is that sometimes the staff adds too much sauce, even after I specifically asked for less. It’s not a huge deal, but it's worth mentioning.
The only other feedback I have is that they could make the restaurant more comfortable for dining in. It’s a bit lacking in atmosphere, and a cozier setting would enhance the overall experience. Otherwise, it’s a great spot for a tasty, fresh meal!

Not a bad spot for everything chicken tender. Bleu Buffalo, Lemon Thyme and City Bird Sandwiches were had. Good flavor and all were devoured. The price is the only downfall but the their were good sized. Lemonade is our go to drink of choice, it’s got a bit of tang for sure.

Chicken tenders were very good, small but good! Fries are gross, coleslaw not very good either. There are places that serve chicken tenders with far better sides probably won't be back.

Had a to go order for 10 pieces of chicken.
10 very small pieces of chicken for $18. That would be almost $2/per piece of small chicken tenders.
Food is great! I wish their fries were better but overall good.
Today, we had terrible service. Rude attitudes all around.
Had a carryout order, teenager wouldn't get off her phone to hand us the order and then they handed us only one bag so we had to go back to get our sandwiches. Sandwiches weren't marked between spicy and regular. Just an awful service experience.

Tenders are actually probably the best out there. Way better then Zaxby and Cane's but I'd go their first. Your fries are the worst of any restaurant I've been in. If you don't believe me look in your trash cans. The most found item would be your fries. I left more then half of mine in my plate and I only ate as much as I did due to paying for it. You seriously need to fix the fries and you could be the number 1 Tenders place.

Stopped in for a quick lunch on a break from a work conference at tbr hotel next door. The chicken tenders I got were absolutely mouth watering and tender and juicy! Frie seasoning was great too. For $13 blown away at the amount and quality of food I got given these days $13 can't even fill you up at McDs. Great value!
I had to wait a bit to place my order. The server working the counter was slammed as it was lunch and they were the only staff working up front so it was understandable and not too long of a wait.
