I enjoy the food at Cracker Barrel frequently over many years and never had a bad meal or service! I don't know why people made a big deal about the new decor, it is lovely! I also find merchandise at a reasonable price.

It wasn't what it use to be. Not the old-time feel anymore. Miss the old decor as we use to try and figure out what things were.

Got a carryout and just popped in and got my order in 10 minutes. My customer service young lady went above and beyond by personally bringing my food right to me. Nice to see this so rare these days.

Love the white paint and new floors - I no longer worry there might be spiders and dust all over. Vegetable plate was tasty, as were biscuits. Appreciate server remembered jelly!

Uninviting, stark, cold, atmosphere. The food was mediocre at best. Sad, because at one time the food quality was extremely good, the portion size generous. We just don’t go to Cracker Barrel much anymore. My baked potato was barely warm. The chocolate cake we got to go was so dry it wasn’t edible. The joke with our family and friends is Cracker Barrel started selling alcoholic beverages so you would notice the quality of the food they serve. I have more gift cards perhaps I’ll use them in the store not in the restaurant

Everything was good, food, service... we even got called sooner than I thought because it was Sunday morning and they were packed. I'm only disappointed with the app because I had a reward for signing in, which was the main reason we returned, and it disappeared. I don't know if it had an expiration date, but it doesn't seem right.
