Really nice Culver's. Beautiful patio you can have your meal when the weather is nice and good. Great food and reasonable priced. I had some trouble understanding the cashier. Please tell cashiers to speak up when repeating a order. Clean.

Pretty solid place as far as fast food goes. I like their cheese curds and the fact that they have some different chicken options in addition to just burgers. They have some other things that big chains don't food wise, but they also typically have better customer service than any other big chains except maybe Chick-fil-A.

Food took forever to get after 7pm which I would not expect to be a busy time. My burger was missing the bacon, they did correct it but after taking forever to get it was very disappointing. Wife's hamburger bun the bottom was covered with flour. Just the worst Culver's experience I have ever had and I go to lots of Culver's.

I stopped in to grab some food on my lunch and my experience was awesome! The workers were very kind and prompt! They asked me about if I needed a gluten free bun due to an allergy or preference. This was greatly appreciated! My wait was not long, my order was correct and looked delicious! That turtle sundae was incredible!! I HIGHLY recommend! I appreciated the efficiency, the positive attitude and the organization of everything. The food was great and I can't wait to go back!!Dietary restrictions: They have a gluten free bun and they are very good about asking if this is needed for an allergy

I wouldn't recommend working at this place let alone eat there. Family oriented?? What a joke! My boyfriend went there and got met at the door by Paul, Assistant Manager who refused to let him in. A Manager.. refusing customer service!!! Seriously!! They discriminated against my boyfriend because he has special needs and was let go by Josh Bowman for no reason !! This is NOT customer service and definitely NOT family oriented. He also observed an employee saying to another employee to get what was thrown out in the trash and make it for customers! WTF!! This is disgusting. Highly recommend to NOT eat here or definitely NOT work there. He has rights and this is suable. We will never be back!

This culvers is subpar for what we expect from culvers. On at least 5, 6 occasions this year things were so wrong they gave us coupons. I don't even want to speak up anymore because I'm not trying to get free food- I'm trying to help them fix it.Last week we went In during evening. We counted 17 staff we could see, at least 11 in front leaning on counter Bs ing. Finally someone walked over to take out order ( he was great tho). Our food was so so, the pints were awful. Almost all vanilla, hardly any mixins . They are so expensive now, the food used to be worth it, no more. Add to that the horrendous roundabout exit and it's really just not worth it. We'll start going to Freddy's or the culvers on 96th.

Drive through- ordered 2 3-piece Cod dinners. Cashier said 2 2-piece at window so manager helped her correct the order. Paid the extra for correction. Got home, missing the extra fish I paid for. Soggy, cold French fries that were supposed to be extra crispy and onion rings cold and hard as a rock. This Culver's used to be good, not anymore ! We are done with this location !!!!!
