Gross. The 6 people that were “working” were idle. No greeting. Very awkward. Sat down after I got my drink from the sticky machine and walked on the sticky floor to a dirty table. Stains on the seats. I was the only customer. It was -5 degrees inside. Left because of how repulsive the conditions were. The food was disgusting & soggy. Eat elsewhere, if you want to be happy. The parking lot had trash everywhere too. The store was paying 6 people to do.. what?

Closed 15 mins early…lights on inside, several employee cars outside, open sign on…but the drive through is closed, doors were locked and no one answered when drove through.

Close 20 minutes early and then get mad at you for stating that. The manager mark is also is a very angry person who should look into changing his hours to 9:40 instead of 10:00. Very angry staff. Wouldn’t recommend!

This particular establishment closes its doors early frequently. I would understand a few minutes, but 30 minutes is almost offensive. If one of my managers acted in this way, it would lead to immediate termination. I would highly reconsider the employment of anyone in charge of this particular location.

We were shorted part of our drive through order and tried to call to get credit on our next visit. There was no answer, so I filled out the online contact form. I received an email stating someone from the local DQ would contact us. That was a month ago. As expensive as fast food has become, I expect to receive what I pay for. I understand mistakes happen, but there have been plenty of chances to provide better service, but I guess that isn't a priority. There are too many other options in the area so we'll spend our money elsewhere.

Forgot my blizzard on the first order, went back to get a Salted Caramel Truffle Blizzard and they gave me a cup of vanilla icecream instead. Do not go to this location they will mess your food up.

Sitting in the drive through because at 8 pm on a warm Tuesday, the lobby is not open. Line wrapped around the building. And the drive through is handling 1 car at a time with at least 4workers inside (from what I can see through the window). Kind of sad.

I guess I should have read reviews prior to coming to this location. We have come here previously and had a bad experience and thought we should try it again to give it a chance. We waited in the drive-through for almost 20 minutes. When we got to the window, we were told a total that was five dollars more than what we should have been charged via what the app said the price should be. They would not match the price. Then the blizzards were not turned upside down and were incredibly watery when handed to us. We got our food after the workers were laughing in our faces. I had a bad feeling so I reached to the food and all of it was ICE cold. I made my husband go in And ask them kindly to remake it. We then waited an extra 20 minutes for them to remake it, and only received attitude throughout the whole process.
