Sitting in the drive through because at 8 pm on a warm Tuesday, the lobby is not open. Line wrapped around the building. And the drive through is handling 1 car at a time with at least 4workers inside (from what I can see through the window). Kind of sad.
The food was good and the service provided was fine. The ice cream machine went down while I was there and I was told it would be 20-25 minutes before it would be up and running again. I thought it was strange that there was only one ice cream machine in a Dairy Queen. My biggest complaint was how dirty the restaurant was. Most tables had food crumbs or sticky residue on them. My husband took us to get a sweet treat. We haven't been here for quite a long time. It was a disappointment because they are making the Sundays smaller and charging more. And the young guy doesn't know how to give your change back. He had it in the receipt and it all slid out onto the ground. I look ? at him and said that he needs a different way to give change back. So now I have to reach to the ground and try to reach the change. It's a hassle to say that least.
