Staff was very rude. Rushed us to get our order and then they got it wrong. Blizzards were very runny. My friend said "thank you" to them as we were leaving and they just ignored her. All they did was joke around with each other and ignore customers .

Not sure what the deal is with this location, but I will not be returning. They are rude and even though I frequently order the same things, the quality is always inconsistent. I ordered 3 slushies and an Oreo cheesecake blizzard today. The slushies were fine, but the blizzard is nasty. I don’t know if the cookies are stale or old or what, but something isn’t right. Avoid this location at all costs!??

We go to this location often and it is always good... Tonight, we had a small hiccup with our drive thru order. The manager Kenny was right on top of it! He totally took care of us and our treat was AMAZING as always. We totally love this Fishers location 96th st & Olio rd and will continue to enjoy treats from this 96th DQ location ! Thank you Kenny & team !!!

I would give a negative star if possible. This is the second time since new management that I have gone. The blizzard was more like a milkshake than a blizzard. No way could you flip it over. We ordered pumpkin blizzards. They were out of whip cream. They did not inform us when we ordered. That is what makes a pumpkin blizzard. Very disappointing. I tried to give them a second chance. I will not be returning.

absolutely HORRIBLE service. placed an online order and the employees were extremely rude and creepy and kept denying me service. eventually i was able to communicate to them that even though it was not in the system i had placed an order, they grabbed my phone out of my hand and started clicking on random things which i found extremely disrespectful. none of the employees speak english and one of them was just staring at me.
