We had a horrible customer service issue once before and a manager provided us with a coupon. We called to give them another chance and waited on the phone for over 15 minutes. No one picked up. So yet again, horrible service/ lack of service. We will not be using them as our pizza place again. Really not sure how they stay in business. Would NOT recommend.
I don't know why I'm stupid enough to KEEP ordering from this location. It doesn't matter what time it is, what day of the week, or who is working... somehow, some way my order will be messed up 100% of the time. I've been given the wrong pizza a few times. Most of the time I don't get the extra sauce I wanted on my pizza, in fact the opposite. Today my pizza was riddled with bubbles and almost burnt.
