Ordered via app at 6:07 pm for delivery. App showed 35-45 min timeframe. Called the store at 7:36 pm only to be placed on an extended hold. When manager Alicia finally answered I was clearly upset! Alicia proceeded to call me RUDE and make excuses for their poor customer service. After a very short and non apologetic conversation Alicia took it upon herself to cancel my order due to MY RUDENESS and hanging up the phone on me! I have logged complaints on every Dominos site regarding this “Managers” ability to deal with the obvious failures of her management skills when it comes to conflict in a problematic situation. Alicia has no place in a management or customer service position with that attitude. If I were the franchisee I would definitely think twice about having this type e of person representing my store.

I just picked up a pizza that was so far below the standard that I spit my bite out! Pizza King, please do better because this wasn't it tonight. My pizza was cold and mushy on one half.

Horrible experience they start working on my order since 6:28pm and estimated delivery time was 7pm. Pizza was put in the oven at 7:16. Driver (Ben) then threw the pizza boxes in the floor on the cold and didn’t even ring the doorbell. Pizza was requested prepared with a lot of sauce even though was requested light sauce and cold. They claimed only have 2 employees. This store has to do better.

They sent me this then got mad because I complained. This is not appealing looking & didn’t taste good either. I will never order from here again. & im only given 1 star because the delivery guy was nice. 💯💯

I ordered pizza for my staff twice in one day. I asked for a receipt both times finally I received one after calling for the 3rd time. The manager i’m assuming who answered the last 2 times was very stand offish. She had an attitude and sent the receipt to the wrong email. Tone is everything in customer service! The customer should never feel like a burden! I have higher expectations for a manager and for Dominos in general! The delivery driver was awesome and pleasant! I would give more starts only because of him and the food quality.

John is the rudest at the counter. The woman manager did not get anything correct and wouldn't give her name. WILL NEVER BE BACK, EVER!

Just tried to pick up an online order from here and they spent 30 minutes lying to me and saying it would be ready in just a second. After 30 minutes I told them I wouldn't wait anymore and they acted like I was crazy for expecting them not to lie to me over and over and over and over. I never got the pizza. They refused to explain why they didn't have my order and instead told me again it would just be 5 more minutes. Absolutely insane behavior

I called to order a pizza to the holiday inn express around 12 am after a concert. The man that answered the phone was extremely impolite. The hotel communicated that the pizza would be delivered to our room if we provided the room number. When I inquired about this I was told “the hotel doesn’t tell us how to conduct our business.” I am from out of town, never been here before, I was just hungry and hoping for a little pizza and much less hostility.
