Food was not good. There was nothing special to it and it was lacking flavor. Got shorted a wing and the pizza had a very long hair in a corner that was in 4 slices of the pizza. Service was fine not friendly nor dismissive just average. The inside is weird there was a ladder in the middle of the joint and it looks run down. Not going to come back

Ordered via GrubHub and couldn't be more impressed! Have tried ordering several times from other locations after the closure of the 96th. location and have continuously been disappointed, but this pizza was AMAZING!!!! Finally!!! Thank you and I'll be ordering from Olio from now on!

The food arrived hot and tasted fine. The problem was ording the chicken dippers. If you look at the pictures on the website, you get nice sized chicken tenders. I recieved 1 ok sized piece, 1 piece half the size, and the last of my 3 piece meal was the size of a chicken nugget from McDonald's.

Shout out to Josh at the Olio road Donatos for tip notch customer service!! Called and ordered half cheese/half pepperoni, but it was AI taking the order. AI read it back correctly, but when it rang up in their system it was only pepperoni. Josh made things right and got us a cheese pizza for our picky kiddos! Thanks for saving the day Josh!

Dell was the best! I always order the same thing when I go to Donatos, but work transferred me to a new location, so I had to find a new Donatos. Not sure what Dell did differently, but my goodness was it awesome! She even checked me out, friendly as could be, and she definitely earned my business. Thank you Dell, for doing an excellent job and making the best chicken bacon and ranch sub I've ever had!

Unfortunately the pizza was very soggy. I asked for light sauce and I got extra sauce. I asked for extra cheese there was more sauce than cheese. Ruined a whole meal. I was looking forward to a crispy pizza. I could only taste sauce I can barely taste the pepperoni mushroom and black olives which I can barely see. I feel like I was in the Twilight Zone somebody was pranking me I don't understand how it could be so bad.

Kid-friendliness: Recommend their naked boneless wings -chicken is good quality! Also recommend the breadsticks (if they’re ok having them without cheese sauce because it’s spicy).
I’m disappointed about this one bc I didn’t think anyone could mess this up:: My child usually loves cinnamon sticks/twists/rolls…all varieties, but NOT from Donatos. Don’t waste your money.
