I love Dunkin', but the food this time was the worst! The sausage in the sandwich was half-cooked and soggy. The hashbrowns had a chemical taste! I threw them away! It was awful! I couldn't turn back to return the order because I was running late, but I was so upset to have spent my money on food I couldn't eat and enjoy!!! Not good, Dunkin!!!

Dunkin' - ignoring their SB commercials - are still a winner*! Their hot chai tea latte with almond milk is so good I'd bathe in it. Obviously, I'd smell funny and look weird, but ahhh!! It's amazing.*Their prices have gone up 100% with this inflation stuff or whatever. I know they've gotta make their money, but I used to mock my friends for their $6/7 drinks from that other coffee chain, but here I am spending it, too. It's a huge bummer, but, when I'm having a TREAT YO'SELF moment, then I'll get a drink. But, it used to be 2 to 4 visits a week. Kinda had to cut it back to 1 mmmaaaayyyyybbbbeeeee 2.I can't say why, but a $3.75 tea just seems so much more affordable than one that's $6.99.

I have been using their mobile app to order and picking up in the store. My order is always ready and has correct! The employees are friendly and always seem to be keeping busy. I recommend this Dunkin!
I either order the Chocolate Mocha Truffle or Caramel/Hazelnut Iced Coffee often. The thing is, either iced coffee can either taste amazing or like a foot depending on who's working or freshness of supply on hand, I'm guessing. Especially the mocha truffle, can have a weird rubbery taste if not made correctly. Today, it was made so well that I wanted to leave this review. Whoever made it and worked this day, kudos. Delicious. Also, donut was very good.

I've been here twice in store not drive thru. Lots of coffee, cold brew options. Not sure why it takes 10 minutes to get donuts. Save yourself some time and use the self order kiosk or mobile order.
