I stopped by this Dunkin’ today and ordered through the drive-thru for myself and my kids. We got: • 3 Egg and Cheese Croissants • 2 Strawberry Frosted Donuts
The total came to $16.23.
The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location is convenient — right on E 116th Street with the drive-thru entrance located at the back. I definitely recommend giving this branch a try. I really liked it and will certainly be coming back!

Worst coffee experience ever! Only in this place, if you buy a latte, you pay for nothing. I ordered a large latte, but got one shot of latte and all other volume of cup was filled with foam. Unacceptable! Same situation with my friend, he ordered a latte too.

I went to Dunkin to pickup up my mobile order on 2/4/25. When I approached the window, then gentleman helping me apologized for being out of one of the styles I asked for. He asked me what I would like in place, and then went above and beyond to make my dozen box of donuts look perfect and fulfilled my wishes! We love the Dunkin on 116th and Allisonville. It’s our regular spot and we plan to keep it that way.

Terrible service. Rude employees. They made my order wrong. I clearly stated in the order that I did not want bacon, though she decided to ignore the message and add bacon. When I called, she stated that “I did not tell her”. Why would I have to tell her if I put NO BACON on my order? Will not be back.

Well, under their new management, they are more efficient. However, they are NOTORIOUS for missing items in mobile orders. You can ask about specific items, and they'll say they're in the bag -- but when you look, multiple items simply aren't there. Slow down a little bit and get it right.

Not here to just complain about anything, I in fact really enjoy this Dunkin’ Donuts very much! Decent coffee at a great price, workers are always very kind and friendly as well. The ONLY thing I was a little upset about which more than likely isn’t even anyones fault, is the new hot honey bacon sandwich. First of all great sandwich, it was still satisfactory and definitely worth trying. However, it is advertised as a HOT honey bacon sandwich. Unfortunately the sandwich had no spice whatsoever, not even the slightest bit of heat from the honey. Hopefully this can be improved or adjusted to meet that spice of hot honey, others and definitely myself enjoy that heat and sweet of hot honey and this time it didn’t meet expectations at all. Thank you, like I said everything else is great about this place, take care Dunkin’ Donuts team!

They freeze their donuts. Crazy. Saddest excuses for donuts that we’ve ever had from a Dunkin’. This store needs so much help. If you’re known for donuts, present the product you supposedly sell and not a thawed out, soggy, heap of nastiness. The glaze is now IN the donut and not on top.
