Fishers Test Kitchen

Rarely do I post reviews but we used to love going to the Test Kitchen. We went last night and one, the pickle fries didn’t even have pickles except maybe one. My burger patty was not even a full one, almost like half of one and mostly lettuce. Then it was the kids eat free night so we ordered a chicken meal and never got it. So we had to make another order. We’ll be back for the beer, but the food quality and standards have really gone downhill. Small changes would make a huge impact.

Good food but my only issue is that they never have the vegan cheese in stock to go on the vegan burgers.

Really cool place. There are rotating restaurants that cycle in and out. Interesting concept!

Why does every single employee absolutely refuse to simply ask customers what order they're waiting for and just randomly put orders out on counters without calling out the name. I watched 3 customers in a row stand here waiting for food that was already ready to go but just left waiting around on a counter without any label or care. I told multiple employees what my order name was and they still just threw my bag on a random counter without a word and after 15 minutes of waiting I finally asked them where my order was and they just pointed to a random bag without any receipt or name on it that has been sitting out so long the food was cold now.
I'm flabbergasted out how poorly run this place is. There is nothing more important than making sure customers get their food when it's ready but employees here seem to actively refuse to even attempt giving customers their food when it's ready

Don’t like the style of ordering. Th wings were on steroids and not done. We took them to go. Didn’t even know my food was done. I won’t be back. It’s a no for me

Stopped for a quick appetizer to a desert date. Got cheese fries and a taco. Was delicious.

We’ve been here a few times and the food is always excellent. This time around we placed an order online while upstairs at a special event, thinking we were being efficient. The order took a while to go through and when I came down to inquire the manager or owner, stepped in and helped us out. He was awesome to talk to, very kind and willing to help! Even though it was definitely on us for ordering the way we did they immediately moved our order up so we could eat!

The food is always excellent, seriously the tacos and the queso is fire!

I ordered some tacos from Gorditos Rust Belt, let me say this b4 I start I never hate anyone I want everyone to shine, however, these tacos were small and were not seasoned, and the pickle fries were cool with ketchup, I tried a beer flight for $5, it's a mystery flight so you would never know what you're getting again I would have to try different flavors but these 5 were not in my flavor profile, I'm not discouraging anyone from trying the test kitchen. I think the one trick pony may well be the type of food that I enjoy the most. So go enjoy.

I've been three or four times and the food is always pretty good, but the drink service is poorly managed. One guy services both inside and outside while 2-3 other people stand around. I waited about 30 mins for a beer that never came, asked the host for the check and to cancel the beer. The server finally brought the check, never address the beer and ran away before I could give him my card. Luckily I had cash.

We have been three times. Trying to get a drink or check is extremely difficult.

The food was all good but honestly ridiculously expensive for what we got. Nachos, 2tacos and a coney dog was over $50. I won’t go back. The seating is also less than comfortable.

The venue was used as a pre-wedding cocktail location. Everything food as well as cocktails was very good.

Scotchy Jamaican Grill in the Test Kitchen is absolutely amazing! The chefs are amazing, personable, and friendly. The jerk pork was soooo good. Everything tasted so good and was made fresh. I highly highly recommend. This is for sure our new spot!
