I ordered some tacos from Gorditos Rust Belt, let me say this b4 I start I never hate anyone I want everyone to shine, however, these tacos were small and were not seasoned, and the pickle fries were cool with ketchup, I tried a beer flight for $5, it's a mystery flight so you would never know what you're getting again I would have to try different flavors but these 5 were not in my flavor profile, I'm not discouraging anyone from trying the test kitchen. I've been three or four times and the food is always pretty good, but the drink service is poorly managed. One guy services both inside and outside while 2-3 other people stand around. I waited about 30 mins for a beer that never came, asked the host for the check and to cancel the beer. The server finally brought the check, never address the beer and ran away before I could give him my card. Luckily I had cash.
