Flamme Burger Keystone

Was excited to try this place, after being seated right away, we sat for 15 minutes and no one came to get our drinks. I watched others come in get seated and receive their drinks.

Went there Saturday evening for our early family holiday meal. We drove 3 hours and my family drove 4 hours.. this was our half way meeting point. We decided to try flame burger and it was a huge disappointment. They sat us at a high top table but the high chair(that we needed for our 1 year old) was 8-10 inches below the table. They didn’t have any other options apparently according to the host. There were other shorter tables.. Moving on, almost all of our hamburgers were raw. I sent mine back and after 20 minutes of not having my meal, the manager stopped by and I showed him the other raw hamburgers and he stated that.. that medium rare coming out rare was their restaurants norm. Excuse me, really??? He didn’t even comp the meal or take a percentage off. But serving under cooked meat is their “norm.” They also apply a 20% gratitude automatically which our server did not deserve. We will not be back!

That atmosphere was relaxing. My server "Jaqueline" was awesome! she was very nice and very knowledgeable, plus the meal she suggested was out of this world!!! I GOT THE BBQ Burger and Queso flame fries with extra Queso sauce on the side. I'll definitely be walking out of here with a full stomach and a smile on my face. THANK YOU JAQUELINE! Your amazing??

Great food! Was at the bar with friends and chatted with the woman who just bought the location a week ago! So so cool. Ended up moving to a table because they opened the garage door which made it too cold to enjoy. Overall a great place with good food! Rooting for her and her husband!!

Great food, average atmosphere, outrageous prices. $10 for a beer. Burgers come with no side (regular fries are $4).

I'm glad I checked it out, but I'd be hard pressed to come back.

Unequivocally, absolutely BEST burgers in Indy. One of a kind burger cooked over wood flame. Price is better than 5 guys with fantastic full service from friendly and efficient waitstaff.

Great burgers. I believe we have tried them all and have been extremely pleased with each one. Fries are also great along with the chicken sandwiches. Wish we had a location closer to us, but it is worth the drive.

About 16 of my family members showed up w/o a reservation. The food was really good, priced reasonably and with very nice portions. There was no complaints from anyone in the group, and I came with a really tough crowd!!

Burger was very good. Got medium rare and was perfectly done. I really enjoyed the zucchini fries. Server was very good and was nice.
