I really loved my experience w Gigi's! i'm so sad to read that it's closed. I ordered a cake from out of town for in town pick up by my cousin. The pickup was the day before thanksgiving, It was for a surprise bday cake and I loved that we could get any cupcake flavor made as a cake. I had decided to get mine as the White Midnight Madness Chocolate Chip. It was so good and the icing was nice and creamy. I didn't think we'd eat much of it considering it would be eaten after thanksgiving dinner but it was so good that they tore into it before I could get a pic of the whole thing !! I really appreciate you all at Gigi's , thank you so much and wish I could come back and get more goodies from you all.

Always been our favorite cupcake place! They are big and have lots of icing. We have tried ones in other states and never as moist as here. Always great customer service as well.

Disappointed you have to have the Gigi’s app to participate in their rewards program. I have been a member for several years and always enjoyed my free cupcake on my birthday. I am taking my business elsewhere.

We used Gigi's Cupcakes for our wedding thislast weekend and it was fantastic. Lori was great to work with through the whole process, she was extremely responsive to emails which is great for an anxious bride. We got so many compliments on all of the flavors we picked. I think everyone liked being able to choose their own and not be limited in flavors. Everything was delicious, looked great, and easy! 10/10 would recommend and use again!!

This Review is for Monday March 26, 2021 Well After picking up dinner few businesses over, my lady and I have seen this place a few times nd decided to stop in as there were not a lot of customers in. We decided to get a few cup cakes, but in stead purchased 6 cupcakes. I will say if you have a sweet tooth you may not be purchasing 1 but more than 1 cupcake. These cupcakes do have flavor and are very sweet, so if you have to watch your glucose levels I would suggest eating just one or even having half, or if you are in my case, share it with a loved one. The employee working there in our book, provided awesome customer service, answered all our questions too. The decor in this place was very creative as well. We will stop back in sometime in the future again when in the area.

I used to go to GIGi's all the time for special occasions but after one bad customer service experience after another I slowly just stopped going. This place really needs to work on their customer service. Save yourself the money and shop local. I decided to get Valentine's cupcakes here because the Indianapolis location by me has shut down. I was willing to drive about 40min out of my way to purchase these cupcakes. I called and asked what flavors where available and the gal asked me to look at the website and for the record sometimes their website is not always correct. Which is why I called to avoid driving all the way out and so that I could place an order online for me to pick up. We are in the middle of a pandemic I do not wish to be in any building longer than I have to. I won't tolerate poor customer service. I'll keep my money and shop else where.

I’ve had Gigi’s a couple times now and was happy with my cupcake flavor both times. The first time was a gluten free cupcake that was like a cherry almond flavor (I can’t remember the name, it’s been too long) and it was AMAZING. Most recently I had the chocolate chip cookie dough and it was really good, particularly the icing! I do have to say though that the cake part tasted a lot like banana nut at first which really took me by surprise.

I've been here twice now and have not left disappointed yet. I had a major sweet tooth, and I knew this would take care of it. There is a small area for eating there, I opted take out. Today, I had the nilla amore cupcake. It has a hint of ameretto and a butter cream icing(I think). It was amazing. I paid 4 something for one, but it is well worth it. My main advice is go as early in the day as you can since they are made daily. Late in the day, your selection is more limited.

I ate the gluten free white gigis cupcakes cupcake, and oh my it was so good. The butter cream frosting paired so nicely with the fluffy white cake. Stayed fresh multiple days and had cute white sprinkles! Love u gigi
