Yes it is a full service restaurant that seems to be just part of the hotel lobby. It seems a little odd, especially if you're not a hotel guest. On the plus side, it's nice and roomy, airy I would say. People watching is great as travelers come and go. Service is good and the prices unexpectedly reasonable. The food on the other hand turned out to be much higher quality than I had expected ... I mean this is a hotel lobby establishment. We had the Chipotle flatbread for starters... nicely done... I loved the fresh tomatoes and romaine on top of a cheesy sprinkled with bacon flatbread, finished with a drizzle of chipotle dressing. Crispy bacon and crispy edges. Then I indulged in the Fusilli Carbonar. The pasta was cooked to perfection, hot too soft, not too al dente. Nice touch serving the egg poached on top of the pasta so you can mix it in yourself. Once you do, you get is an incredibly creamy delicately flavored sauce that clings to your pasta. My friend ordered himself a burger, which was not only huge but perfectly done and had s wonderful flavor to it. The meat really shined through on this burger. As a side, the mashed potatoes were great. Nice and creamy and quite flavorful, which surprised me. I would say, give this place a try... truly a hidden gem.
