Outstanding ice cream. You might have to wait in line for 15 minutes or more on a weekend night... but there is a reason for that. Welll worth it.
My most favourite should be the coffee chocolate chip, so subtle so good. The graham station hits the right spot, tastes so good. Pistachio doesn’t taste chemically at all.
There were only two employees working today. A guy and a gal. The guy remained in the back, appearing to do nothing, while the girl walked around at an extremely slow pace trying to fulfill just two orders. My wife attempted to place an order but was ignored for nearly ten minutes. I understand that staff may be unhappy about working on a holiday, but that frustration should never be taken out on customers. If a restaurant chooses to stay open, it has a responsibility to provide respectful and efficient service guests shouldn’t be made to feel like an inconvenience simply for showing up. That kind of attitude is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the business.

Amazing! I had the coconut cream pie, and it was hands down the best ice cream I’ve ever had. Sooo creamy and delicious! Pure perfection. The frosted animal cookie one was also really good. Others in the group had the coffee, cookie dough, and cake batter and all said they were fantastic. Not a bad price and worth the wait.

We were visiting the area and stopped a second time because it was so good the first time! We had cones and shakes. A definite must visit if you live in the area or are just visiting!

Handels is a very good ice cream place and screams Carmel. However I was disappointed that all its ice creams have egg or egg based products in them and the only alternatives are sorbets.

Outside seating is great! Prefer the Fishers location down town.
