Dine in. Came in at 5 pm for dinner. The food had been up for an obscene amount of time and most of the buffet was empty. What food I did have was bland and over cooked. Do not recommend

They had a space heater in the middle of the dining area. I haven't been there in years, and won't be going back. I ordered chicken and broccoli to go. The last time I was there they had fried rice, now sticky white rice. I think the chicken was bad. Rubber like with weird taste. I honestly didn't want to risk food poisoning so I threw it out. My stomach was worth more to me than the cost of lunch. Thought I would try something different, nope.

Me & my mom went to grab lunch and this was local. I tried calling to order and was placed on hold for 10 minutes until I arrived, when I did it was empty, so we just walked in and were not greeted had a few questions about the menu the lady was extremely rude, my mom wanted a a veggie egg roll and we were given 2 pork, we then asked for another bag that was not given. We asked for sauce which she told us it would be .25cents a piece which was fine but the customer service was terrible. Ive ordered from here many of times and today was our last day there. The food was okay but the service was not we will not be returning.

This is a fantastic place. The food is delicious, and the location is well-organized. They have a wide variety of options, and as you know, a typical Chinese restaurant never disappoints with its house specials. I enjoyed my meal and the convenient location.

Lo mein was okay...too much salt Egg foo young so greasy and salty so is the accompanying fried rice. Then I got some very salty liquid that was not edible. Where is my gravy? My beef is velvetized to a weird texture..gross. the guy who took my order was nice.

Its a carry out with seating, nothing fancy, but the food is a cut above. Much better than the typical. We often share entrees because they are large.

I suppose by the description of “no frills” that included heat. We were here this past week after an appointment nearby and were a walk-in with no previous investigation into the quality of this place. Every bench was broken, it was freezing, there were two people working and we didn’t receive any service. The food was terrible, extremely chewy chicken and our food got cold as we were trying to eat it. Don’t go here and don’t force your poor DoorDasher to freeze here either.

When I arrived it appeared they had not seen my order. I had to wait at least 15 minutes past my pickup time. The woman at the counter said 5-10 minutes and grabbed the ticket from the register to bring back to the kitchen. Not an issue. Received food and left. I was in no rush.

The lady working followed up with me throughout the waiting. Having just gotten off work, I arrived near to close, but placed my order 30 minutes prior. As I was waiting, I got to look around and saw the place was generally pretty dirty. To be fair, it was at the end of the day, but a few things stood out to me. The hoods in the kitchen didn't appear to be very clean and I was not entirely sure food was being prepared with gloves. There was a lot of dust caked on the fans in the waiting area. The floor was dirty but can't really do much about the snow.

When I got home to eat, the hot and spicy chicken didn't really taste much like chicken, but rather mushy bits of fried scraps tasting burnt oil and fish. The sauce itself was good, but overall the dish was not appetizing. The chunks of material sort of dissolved in a weird way when trying to eat them. I am not a picky person and will generally eat food of any quality, but this was almost inedible. White rice was the best part of the meal. The dumplings were okay (probably better fresh, but reasonably priced for the quality). Their dumpling sauce was very good.

I had ordered from this location in the past and had a good experience. Their sauce flavors are very good but the quality of meat was questionable. Fish taste may be attributed to old oil and using the same cooking equipment for fish and chicken. Maybe it was because it was so close to closing time that the quality was so poor. Maybe should have been warned by 3.5 stars but didn't see that until I came to write this review. They could be good, but maybe avoid ordering later.

Happy Dragon is my preferred Chinese takeout restaurant on the Northeast side. Whenever I place an order and specify my preferences, the food is always prepared to perfection. I am a very satisfied customer 🤗... Orange Chicken, Chicken fried rice, white rice and vegetable egg rolls

This place is one of the dirtiest restaurants I have ever seen. Even though the food was decent, I could never eat there again.

The food is fine but they are constantly wrong on the time. I’ve given them a chance time and time again and they never deliver the food in the time quoted on the phone or on their website. Most recently, I went to pick up 5 mins after our online order time and was told it would be another 10 mins. 20 mins later I tried to get my money back and cancel the order and was ignored and told it would be 5 more mins. So, 35 mins after we were supposed to have the food, we finally got it. I will not be returning because the food is just nowhere near worth the terrible service.

Placed an order through DoorDash because our local Happy Dragon was closed. This location does things differently and not in a good way. The sweet and sour chicken was a bunch of tiny pieces of chicken. The crab rangoon was 1/3 filling and the rest was just air. The General Tsos chicken was so drenched in sauce I couldn’t finish it and it left my stomach aching. We were shocked that the quality was so much poorer than our location.
