Great service. I had the Hawaiian thin crust. It was delicious and had a crunchy crust. Just like I like it. Fresh ingredients and a 10 minute wait made the experience awesome.

Deliveries are always on time, the staff is always super nice, and the food is great.
Cheap tasting and AWFUL people working. Never had such rrude service at a pizza place and the pizza tasted like garbage. Plenty of other better tasting places to go to

The person who was there was really cool about getting your food fast for those who don't have long lunches. Pizza is 4 star bread sticks and cheese are 5 stars. Definitely will have to come back.

Their pizza is almost always very good. This time we had an issue picking up our pre-paid carry-out order. The crew at the counter couldn't find my name in their computer system. It's "Geoff". Even after telling them it was "two small pizzas, to be ready at 6:20", they said they didn't have the order. Finally, one of them looked on their rack for carry out orders. The ONLY pizzas sitting on the rack were for "Geoff".

So I ordered online. Through the website for Hot Box. It said my pizzas would be ready at 9:01 pm I paid the 58 drove there it was probably 5 after 9 when I walked in and my order was just sitting there on the thing. Like the paper . They hadn’t seen it and had not even started my order. They said it would be ready in 10 mins …I left the store at 9:34 I had to go stand up near the counter because I think they forgot about me again. It was more social hour with the employees than caring bout work or customers I won’t be back.
