I have been liking going to hotbox recently the pizza is amazing the staff is so friendly this is my favorite pizza restaurant so far I will be back here everytime I want to have a good meal.

Very disappointed. I live 3 mins away and waited over an hour for pizza and stix. Called to check on it and they had no idea if it was sent out or not. Finally arrives. Did not bring the garlic sauce and I don’t know what happened to their stix tonight but they are not the normal HB stix. Dough did not rise or something. Have always had great service and food. Something is going on. Only 1 person working when I stopped in the other day for stix. Took almost 20 mins. Please fix the problems.

I place an online order at 6:04pm, given 614-624 pickup window. I arrive at 625. Customer in front of me placed a new order. Same customer receives pizza at 652 ahead of me, I receive mine at 655. Consistently the most disorganized pizza shop I've ever seen over the last year.

To keep brief: There at 5:30 on a Saturday with (I see) 5 people working. No one acknowledges me for a few minutes. Tell employee info for picking up online order, looks confused and starts walking around, comes back to answer phone in front of me and TAKE SOMEONE ELSE’S ORDER. No acknowledgement of me being actively in front of him. Female worker comes up to apologize but then original worker continues to barely help. Also, LG cheese stix were cut like a pizza? Major fail.

Food is always hot and delicious. People are friendly. Its the exact kind of atmosphere you would want from a great pizza place!
Ordered online and came in to pick up. Only one employee working, and she was on the phone with a customer. Never acknowledged that she saw me. Waited about 10min, when another employee walked out of the bathroom and straight to the prep area. Didn’t say a word to me or the guy that had just come in. Waited another 8-10 min and was handed my pizza. No speaking at all. I’d rate it a lot lower, but the pizza was fantastic. This was our first time and the pizza is definitely worth the poor customer service!

Really depends on who is working. I’ve loved eating and supporting this restaurant in the past, however, today’s visit was abysmal. Gave us a barbecue chicken pizza with zero cheese on it, for some reason that’s acceptable for a pizza? Didn’t see it till we were back home.
Also, when I walked in the guy at the front didn’t even turn around to say hi after turning his head and noticing I I was standing there….keep his back turned then just walked off a couple minutes later. The people making food in the back had to come to the front to apologize and give us the order. Good luck I guess.
