Not only was our PICKUP order 45 minutes late (which we ordered hours ahead of time), when we asked for resolution they all but walked us out the door with zero regard for how much they wasted our time and interruption for our night. The disregard the manager had after we tried multiple times to politely ask for resolve of our non existing food was beyond disrespectful. There’s no wonder this location has terrible service and execution, can’t keep it staffed with a manager that rude

Very disappointed. I live 3 mins away and waited over an hour for pizza and stix. Called to check on it and they had no idea if it was sent out or not. Finally arrives. Did not bring the garlic sauce and I don’t know what happened to their stix tonight but they are not the normal HB stix. Dough did not rise or something. Have always had great service and food. Something is going on. Only 1 person working when I stopped in the other day for stix. Took almost 20 mins. Please fix the problems.

I love Hotbox!! Their food is amazing!!! I love that when I go in the store I am greeted with smile. I highly recommend them.
I place an online order at 6:04pm, given 614-624 pickup window. I arrive at 625. Customer in front of me placed a new order. Same customer receives pizza at 652 ahead of me, I receive mine at 655. Consistently the most disorganized pizza shop I've ever seen over the last year.

To keep brief: There at 5:30 on a Saturday with (I see) 5 people working. No one acknowledges me for a few minutes. Tell employee info for picking up online order, looks confused and starts walking around, comes back to answer phone in front of me and TAKE SOMEONE ELSE’S ORDER. No acknowledgement of me being actively in front of him. Female worker comes up to apologize but then original worker continues to barely help. Also, LG cheese stix were cut like a pizza? Major fail.
